DT Brandon Williams is really strong

I'm going to describe this play, and I'll try to get a GIF of it later.

On a first down run, Brandon was left with a single block by GBs center with Eddie Lacy borrowing down the A gap after the guard released to the second level.

Brandon then stood up, forgoing all technique and pad level.  Held off green bays center with his right arm, completely stalling his block.

He then puts out his left arm and grabs Eddie Lacy, who weighs like what?  240 lbs?

And completely stone walled his progress.

Have you seen him with his shirt off? He looks like an ancient Roman statue, chiseled out of marble and granite, covered with awesome sauce

Yeah, he's got very little body fat on him for a dude his size.

Like he just walks around that big.

I do remember seeing that play.

The dude is strong and athletic. He's so good at getting penetration too. He has done a lot for our run defense this season. Right now, he may be our best NT.

He looks like a bowling bowl out there its hilarious.  Makes me laugh like when Kelly Gregg used to go into his full out 3 second sprints chasing someone late in his career.  Absolutely hilarious.

Yes, BW is a beast! Another small school gem. The future is definitely bright with his natural physical ability, as he progresses in an NFL strength program, his potential is huge.

You are correct! Cody has played his butt off this year. It's is a shame Cody was injured. Some of these puupets on here will neg you, because they don't understand real football. They fall in love with a name, and if us real fans of the game say something they don't like, they become irate!

Williams is the future along with Cody IMHO. Ngata hasn't been the player we drafted since his big pay day! IMO Football is not NGata's main priority.

Actually agree with you. Like it or not, Ngata hasn't even been half of what he was prior to his massive contract. Remember the Ngata who bulldozed right through a Bills blocker to lay the smackdown on Fred Jackson?? Well, this Ngata can't even get onto the field, much less bulldoze anyone.

Yes, and remember the Ngata the rearranged Big Ben's nose?

Funny so many were dissing cody not too long ago.

Probably because he was awful last year when we really could've used him...I mean he couldn't beat out Kemo for that starting gig.

Cody has played much much better this year.  Which isn't hard to do.

Is this the play?  Jones got Lacy's feet, which helped Williams make that one arm tackle.  Still a pretty good play by Williams, but Jones may have made a better one.

Yeah, didn't see Jones there.  But I still really like what I'm seeing from him.  He one handed that blocker, think about that.

I'm not saying he wouldn't have made the tackle without Jones, just praising Jones for his play.  Williams is a strong dude, a very strong dude, with giant arms, giant scary arms.
