My guess for who killed karen and other dude was hershel or carol..

Guess- I think Hershel dies soon.. Possibly helps the sick doctor recover and then dies in process

Could Carol be covering up for that little girl? That's what they were thinking on the Talking Dead....which was completely, fantastic awkward television thanks to Marilyn Manson.

She's too small to drag the bodies out on her own though. Maybe her sister helped? I don't know. Something's definitely up with them besides the fact one of them is sick. (We think) --- it looked like she faked her cough.

RIP Hershel, knew he would die when they zoomed in on him smiling. Rick & Gov went at it hard. Glenn should've done more idc if he's sick. I think the baby is still alive, probably on the bus. Daryl is the greatest. Carl can still not act. Other then him and the gov's "new daughter" I think it was great acting all around.

I don't like not knowing whether The Governor was truly shot in the face.  Her hand was awfully shaky.  And of course, the dreaded black screen.

Yeah and it kind of pissed me off how Michone only stabbed him once. I can understand not stabbing him in the head so he'll become a walker but at least get him a couple of more times in the stomach. You'd think she would for all the anger she has towards him.

But Talking Dead confirmed that he is, in fact, dead, so that's a plus.

I think Carol will come back to the group before Rick tells Tyrese "the truth". That's when she dies.

I still don't think he's dead.  I was watching for that too to see if he was named, but it wouldn't surprise me if he wasn't really dead and they just did that to make you think.  I NEVER TRUST THE BLACK SCREEN!  Michone had the chance to end it there and I don't get why she wouldn't just cut his head off or at least make sure he's dead.

Kirkland confirmed it on Talking Dead, so I think it's safe to say he's gone.
