Notifications not showing up

Using Chrome and whatever the last Windows OS was before that awful, awful Windows 8.

 

When people reply to my posts, I don't get the cute little alert, and when I click on it, it doesn't even show new ones.

My alerts work with Crome on Windows 7.  For starters, make sure they're on:  http://boards.baltimoreravens.com/index.php?app=core&module=usercp&tab=core&area=notifications

This is weird, I just saw a notification for a new quote. We will see if it's fixed now... it's haunted!!!
