If you could have one player from the Green Bay Packers, who would it be?

I'm trying to finish building my time machine so I can go back and tell Ozzie to choose Rodgers over Mark Clayton.

If we drafted Rodgers back then with our offensive "weapons", Rodgers would have been a QB version of Mark Clayton. Average.

I've said on multiple occassions that the only QB I would rather have than Flacco is Rodgers, so he would be my pick.

Outside of Rodgers I would say Jordy Nelson. He is the best WR on the Packers and one of the best in the league if you ask me. Matthews would be awesome too, but he is very injury prone for some reason.

If we are taking contracts into consideration it's Nelson in a landslide. He might be the biggest non-rookie bargain in the NFL.

Doubt it. We would of still had Mason and Heap.

Aaron Rodgers in a rout.....

Flacco is the better quarterback but if given the choice of Flacco with gross overpayment contract or Seneca Wallace.  I'd even take Wallace.

How quickly you guys forget. Have you already forgotten the 2012 post-season? Rodgers has a trio of 1,000 yard receivers and an athletic tight end in Jermichael Finley. 2012 playoffs, Rodgers couldn't hack it. Rodgers couldn't lead the Packers down the field again and again to keep pace with Colin Kaepernick and the 9ers offense.

You know who could?

Joe Flacco

In the superbowl.

I'm taking Joe Flacco over Rodgers every time, and I think Rodgers is only -- a year older than Joe Flacco. Rodgers has 3 years more experience, but Joe is the real deal. Just give him time and chemistry with these young receivers and you'll see that over the next 60 games: Joe Flacco will produce and be better than Aaron.

With that said, I'm taking Jordy Nelson. He's incredibly good. An incredible route runner and pass catcher. And even beyond that, there's a playmaker like Clay Matthews--a defensive player of the year. I like Dumervil, and I like Upshaw. But Clay Matthews could really help this team. B.J. Raji is another guy who could be a 3-4 DE and really impact the game at the trenches. Only if those three players are gone would I go with Randall Cobb, and then James Jones. And then after those two, I'd like Aaron Rodgers. And even then, it would just be an awful situation to have Rodgers and Flacco.

I'd take Flacco. Flacco has higher upside.

This man is officially trolling. Time to ignore him for ever. Just don't respond now.

He's likely a butt-hurt forty-whiners fan...do we really expect anything intelligent to come out of his mouth, other than , nevermind..

Awful situation having Flacco and Rodgers? Ha! Well, I guess having $45M invested in QBs may not be a great idea, but I'm having flashbacks of Troy Smith to Flacco, lol.

Out of everything I read from people quoting him I've never seen a post that would support the idea of him being a Ravens fan. If he's not trolling then I can't imagine how he is in real life.

NFC is too finesse

AFC QBs are tough standing in the pocket dudes....standing tall like a statue. And you have to be able to take hits.

Only NFC QB that can hang with the AFC is ELI Manning. He is big and can hang in the pocket. Honorable mention for Jay Cutler cause he hangs in the pocket too.

Draft Jared Veldheer, Jimmy Graham and Navorro Bowman while you're at it.

Yeah, no. Rodgers can take a pounding too and it's not even up for debate.

For a player who was sacked a total of 110 times in his two most pressured seasons, it's difficult to question Rodger's toughness. On a side note, the purple shades never cease to amaze.

love clay matthews but out front seven is damn filthy so its not needed, rodgers is the best qb in the nfl but we have an excellent qb as well so im not going there, if im talking strictly to fill a hole, without question it would be randall cobb, probably the best slot receiver in the league because he can play small ball and move the chains, but his best trait is turning those 5-15 yard passes into huge plays with his feet.

if the packers roster was a draft, clearly we would take rodgers as hes the BPA, but like i said, im more than happy with our SBMVP quarterback.

None. But i would get Brett Favre traded with Kyle Boller 10 years ago and Ravens would have 2 or 3 more Superbowls instead of Patsies.
