Week 5 - Baltimore Ravens at Miami Dolphins

I'd say we always get a bad broadcast crew, but how many of them are actually good?  2?  3 maybe?

This is true  I like Billick but he's on Fox and we've only gotten him a few times.

I'm dealing with too much stress right now to watch this.

Hope you get calmed down soon. Know what it's like having a lot on my plate before a game.

I can't wait to see Arthur Brown. I think he'll have a good game.

Yeah didn't he originally transfer from The U to K State?

I honestly just realized he was active.

I kind of hate to say it, because I think he's a tool, but I really like Jon Gruden.  He's probably one of the most knowledgeable announcers, and is great at calling out exactly what teams are doing wrong.

Time to go! Stadium pretty empty I hear... good for the Ravens!

It's embarrassing.  Just looking at the wide shots of the stadium.  I'm so glad we don't have a fan base like those in Florida.

Yeah. He did. I think he'll do very well today. I like how he plays running QB and I think he can play against slot WR well.

It's kickoff and only about half (being generous) of the stadium is full. It's probably closer to 1/3 or 1/4. wow.

That's good.  We always tend to struggle on the road in the regular season.

Yep, sounds like a Ravens crowd.

I don't know why CBS is playing a sports-related broadcast that not football. Who's your target group? People who like sports? They're watching the Giants game. (NY area)

Lol.  Seven Nation Army chant already?  I'm guessing the Miami fans are joining in - since they do it a lot at the Heat games.

Isn't the stadium playing the music though?

I don't really like any of the primetime announcers. Gruden might be the best out of them, though. He and Mayock (NFLN) get repetitive after a while and suck up to 'their guys'. Both can get too cheesy at times, too. Collinsworth is awful. It's his snotty voice, though, which is one of the most important things as an announcer.

Game on!
