I'm not exactly going to panic over only having seven picks when they consist of at least a first, second, third, seventh, and 4 picks that could be anywhere from a second to a fourth.

I hope Ozzie does one more trade like this. We're gonna have plenty of draft picks this year from all the players we lost so I wouldn't mind trading for a top flight WR. Flacco needs a great Weapon opposite of TS

Receivers aren't plug and play in the way an OT (or an RB in the Trent Richardson trade) can be.  This was the big move, we're out of cap space for sure now.  I wouldn't expect anything else.

Yep.  About $1.5 million is still needed to get Monroe I think.

Marshal Yanda to the Jets for a 1st and 4th round pick in this years draft that way we can move Kelechi Osemele to RG and then draft Cyril Richardson to play Left Guard with the jets first round pick

We're not going to get a wide receiver.  We don't need a WR.  We need a TE.

I'm thinking BAL drafts a RG/C in the 1st because all the superstar WRs will be drafted before BAL is up to pick.  There's plenty of depth, so they can go WR in the 2nd.

It really depends who's on the board.  You won't know until it happens.  You can't just will a position and player of value to appear at the place you're drafting.

All the top draft picks will be QBs and WRs, which will leave a lot of talented Ts/Gs on the board in the middle of the 1st round.

Middle of the first round? So are you saying we'll have the best record of the teams that didn't make the playoffs, or the worst of the teams that get knocked out in the wildcard?

I would roughly define middle as 16-22.

I don't want to say it; but...

If Marlon Brown keeps balling out, I'm not so sure that we draft a receiver before the 3rd round.

Torrey Smith, Marlon Brown, Deonte Thompson and Jacoby...that's a nice group of receivers right there.

In the first round now that we have a LT i think we go with Austin Seferian Jenkins then in the second we go with the best center in the draft in Travis Swanson

in the 3rd we go on defense to snatch Justin Gilbert another Physical Cornerback like jimmy simth and if we get a comp pic in the fourth we go with another slot receiver who can catch and goes through his routes perfectly who also stretches the field in Tevin Reese

It's exactly defined as 16.5... or for realities sake the time in between picks 16 and 17.

If you're talking about a middle range it would actually be picks 10-21 or 11-21 or 11-22 if we're talking the middle of 3 portions.

Maybe picks 13-19, or even 14-18.There are many ways to define the middle of 32.

However, I don't think 16-22 is one of them.

I don't know why I just spent time on that though - apologies for the annoying post.
