Can't wait for this game.  It's hard to believe how bad the Browns have been; if they win it'll be the first time they've won 3 games in a row in almost 4 years.

Even if they win and go to 3-2 I'm not sold on them being a playoff contender because Hoyer will have his bad games and it may be this one.  They're a decent team that is starting to show signs of life.  I'm impressed how well their front seven are playing but they still need secondary help behind Joe Haden; he can't do it alone.  They also need another WR to step up.  I am happy though that FINALLY after two seasons they are using Jordan Cameron; I along with many other Browns fans have been begging for them to use him!

What a great two day stretch it will be; Tribe baseball on Wednesday and the Browns on Thursday.  I'm pumped.

I was wondering what your take on Oscar de la Hoyer was.  How bad should Hoyer do for CLE to draft a QB in the 1st?

Predictions of the week. Dallas knocks Denver from undefeated. They have a capable defense. Romo will be able to move the ball on Denver. They have also been able to run the ball with Murray to keep Peyton's chances down.anning always puts up a dud. The travel should also be a factor.

Bengals match up very well with New England. They should be able to pressure Brady and slow down their run game. I'm unconvinced dalton willake the play to actually win it though.

Tough to say IMO.  So far in two games he's just looked like he manages the game well.  The biggest problem I've seen is the 2nd half of both games the offense came out VERY flat until mid-to-late 4th quarter.  I don't really know if you can pin that entirely on Hoyer or just a lackluster offense.  He's definitely made the offense look good at times for the first time in a while so I feel at this point he deserves the season.  As I've said before Weeden is not one of the front office's "guys" so while I still think he can be a good QB I just don't see them going back to him at this point.

Tomorrow night's a big night for Hoyer.  You can argue it's a team that really Cleveland has a good shot of beating.

That's what BAL said last week! :p  How are Little and the other WRs not named Gordon doing?

Our Monroe trade forced Pittsburgh to react, they are in the process of acquiring Cardinals LT Levi Brown.

The Steelers are in even worse shape than us cap wise, I don't know how they can make the move. Even if they do, Brown is one of the worst LTs in the league, so no big deal.

Who are they replacing, Velasco?

mike Adams who's the definition of bust

They are pretty desperate to trade for a crappy LT that is slightly better than an even crappier LT.

Little still can't catch a cold but last week they had him doing kickoff returns and he didn't do too bad.  Bess has his moments although the last two weeks with Hoyer throwing the ball there seems to be better chemistry.  Benjamin is a speedster but they just don't use him that much unfortunately.  They did run a great WR screen with him last week that produced big results; they should try that more often.

Patriots just placed Wilfork on IR and released Zach Sudfeld.

Bengals may have a chance now.

Going with Cleveland, the fact we had a chance to still win after Flacco threw 5 interceptions makes me skeptical of the Bills defense being able to close out a game. Cleveland meanwhile has a complete offense and a solid defense to stop on the Bills.

I picked Cleveland.

By picking Buffalo...

LOL, that's alright. This game could go either way and Cleveland has more momentum on their side. I'm going to say the final score in this game is...

Bills 16

Browns 21

I'm going with Cleveland, I expect their defense to play well and stop the run.  The Bills ran what, like 50 times last week?  The Browns are a good football team and they will win the game if they can contain that.  Assuming Norv can continue to manage Hoyer's limitations, which is that he can't throw the ball well more than 10 yards down the field, I'm going with Cleveland.
