Raiders game moved to primetime

So the NFL moved the Raiders game to primetime because of the baseball playoffs, but they couldn't have moved BAltimores... I know it's over with now but I just don't understand now... http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap2000000253757/article/baseball-shifts-chargersraiders-game-to-sunday-night

It has something to do with changing the field, I believe.  Don't the A's and the Raiders share a stadium?  That's why Oakland's stadium is one of the worst in the league.
