Yeah, maybe they arent comfortable with Schoop at 2b. I would imagine Flaherty has to be the guy to fill in for Manny.

Pretty sure Lombardozi will play at one of the IF positions ...

I think Lombardozi or Weeks will open at second while Flaherty fills in for Manny at third. Just think the O's would like to start Schoop at Norfolk for now but the kid may be back up sooner than later. We got something there. Get well soon Manny but don't rush it.

I will someday.. Never been in Baltimore for opening day

Wow, so I'm guessing you're not from Bmore. I've been to OD like 3 times but it was when they sucked. I imagine it being electric now that they're winning.

Oh, yeah my dad was never into it neither. Pretty much every sporting event I've been to was with my friends.

My buddy told me in order to get tickets for opening day you have to buy a package or some bull crap. They got some good promotions this year I'm trying to go to though. Wild bill hat, floppy hat, manny bobble head, adam bobble head... I'm trying to go to at least 5 this year.

Even if you aren't going to the game, downtown on Opening Day is quite the experience. It's a giant party all around the stadium. Streets get blocked off for partying, a lot of offices throw parties, there is orange everywhere. I'm going to miss it this year.

The atmosphere will be amazing. Best looking roster we've fielded in [blank] years, vs our division rival/champs. It's going to be big.

Tommy Hunter has absolutely stunk this spring... I'd rather give Evan Meek a shot at Closer. He's been lights out.

So I personally think this season that there aren't gonna be many changes to who's the best in the league. I think the Yankees barely edge out the red sox as being the best team, the rays and A's also being in the AL playoffs. And in the NL I see the dodgers winning their weak division again but not going to the WS, the cardinals making the WS again after doing some decent recruiting themselves, pirates and nats also maing the NL playoffs too.

Is it time to say "In Buck we trust?" Let's play ball, I'm all in on the O's! Why not us? Crunch time, let's get ready to rumble!!

I know, I wish they would have been all in on Balfour instead of backing out of that deal.

I hope Cruz is OK that was a nasty pitch to the head breaking his batting helmet. I hope he was just taken out for precautionary reasons because we will need his bat on opening day.

Man, I'm so pumped. Does anyone know of a website that could let me watch the O's on a laptop? Not mlb pass, just orioles. I'm going to miss a lot of games this year and I would really love finding something capable of doing so. Just haven't had any luck finding something yet.
