Green Bay really isn't that great of a football team on either side of the ball.

I am still optimistic that we can pull off a win. Remember all those saying about any given Sunday and that's why we play the game. (they are true) Our guys got totally embarrassed yesterday. The Denver game could be excused for a lot of reasons. But that loss yesterday just plain stunk. The pride in the locker room will help bring that win home. If our o-line can even improve just one aspect of the game (either run or pass blocking) and we cut out the penalties we win this. Hope Marlon and Donte are back and have a good game. Go Ravens!!

If NO of all Ds can get 4 TOs off of Tannehill, BAL's D should be able to keep Flacco in the game.  That being said, MIA was in the Superdome and BAL will be playing on the road in South Beach.  As we all know, BAL has been pretty underwhelming on the road for the past several seasons.  The main thing working in BAL's favor is the fact that MIA'd defensive braun is mostly focused up front.  Their secondary (ranked #20) got ripped this week (though against the best passing game in the NFL) and kept pass-happy IND & ATL in it until the end their past 2 games.  BAL's RBs will likely be stifled by the likes of Wake and Starks, so BAL must exploit their advantage at WR to win.

Well, the fish got smoked last night. With a little effort from the O line we should come back from Miami with a W.

Brees and co. at home vs. BAL on the road.  This is not going to be easy, by any stretch of the imagination.  Tannehill is a very good young QB and will put forth a lot of extra effort to make up for the 4 TO game he had last night.  MIA has one of the higher-ranked front 7s in the league, so it's not going to get any easier for the O-line, either.

So did anyone notice how NO came out throwing the ball which in turn opened up the running game?

That is what we do wrong. Our run game is anemic and we need to turn to the air from the start and that will open up our running game.

No. We must run, run, pass, punt! We cannot deviate from this formula of success!

this is exactly what flacco said in his post game presser. Pass early and run from that. Because we can't run at the minute.

we're not good at throwing either.

Basically we just have to do something right.

Well, hopefully we turn it up a notch or two as well.  :banana1:

After watching the game last night the dolphins are good but Wallace and Tannehill are not on the same page .if we can beat the Texans soundly then we can beat the dolphins. I saw how badly we played but we can win if everyone plays to there skill level. and leave castillo in Baltimore

I believe we need to start the game spreading out Defenses and once we establish a lead then bring in the ground and pound aspect of our game.

Spread em out with Deonte, Torrey and Marlon playing the slot.  I believe this is the formation we need to start the game with.  If they start getting to Joe -- look to slow down the blitz with some screens to Rice / Draws to Rice.

I'd like to see how good our defense is -- if we can establsh a lead in the 1st quarter!

really?  the D kept Flacco in this last game even after 5 INT's and how did he and the offense handle that?  and when have the Ravens receiving core of WRs and TEs remotely done anything close to "exploiting" a D in these past 4 games?  and on the road mind you!  this offense is inept, horrible, trash and downright embarrassing!  and with the players that we have it shouldn't be that way...but it is!  I have no confidence in it at the moment!  none!

have we learned nothing from the buffalo debacle about saying what the Ravens "should" do in these game?  smh!  lol!

Hopefully Flacco has his big boy pants on for once this season.

It's going to be interesting whether this guy can give the Ravens some return on their investment and put 4 solid quarters together.

watched the dolphins good young team . we beat the Texans we are a good team and I'm not jumping ship. we have problems and like always we played down to the level of competition. But we also play up to it as well we have a ton of injuries and players are coming back healthy . we will get things turned around.

We're not great at throwing right now but we're a sure sight better at it than we are running.

Besides, imagine how we'll take Miami by surprise as all their game film on us has us opening up with two running plays, 3rd and long and a punt!

Honestly on the bright side of things It's kinda encouraging to atleast see the  young receivers contribute in a positive way. Marlon Brown, Deonte Thompson,  and Tandon Doss  all had catches for first downs and  in my opinion if they can continue to get better along with the addition  of Jacoby Jones( we already know about Torrey Smith) also better performance  from offensive line then i see nothing but positive things from the offense.

My concerns are with the offense in this game. I'm much more confident in the defense returning to form than I am with the offense suddenly finding themselves. However, I do think we bounce back and get a W. It will probably be a grind, but I don't think it's impossible for us to get this win.

I'm thrilled about the addition of Monroe, even though he probably won't play this game. Hopefully, the move will light a fire under the oline. Wishful thinking? Maybe. Anyway, I'd also like to see more no huddle/hurry up a little bit earlier in the game. I know it's difficult to do on the road, but I'd still like to see a bit more of it. If we have been doing this, correct me, but I haven't been seeing it.

I'm not calling a win on any more road games from now on. i would be scared going on the road to jacksonville today. we just implode when we're away from the bank. Our last quality road win to me was at st louis - 2 YEARS AGO. So yeah, you can put a loss down for Miami. they're 2x as good as buffalo so good luck Ravens!

I felt our road wins against Denver, NE and SF last year were pretty quality

Monroe must play, it will help the O-line ten folds.

That's a lot to ask to expect him to start in a turnaround of 5 days. You have to think he will get to Baltimore today (Wednesday), then he has to have some practice time with the starting line, learn the playbook, learn the new system (we're not the same system as Jacksonville), and do all of this in time to start a game in less than a week. I think that's asking a lot. It could happen, but that's also how you could end up getting hurt or getting your QB's face in the ground a few times.

Thats last year....

He was saying quality wins on the road and the last one was St.Louis (where Torrey exploded).  Which clearly isn't the case.

Namely during the regular season we beat pittsburg that year and Cincy.
