Week 4 - Baltimore Ravens at Buffalo Bills

Welp I can here the coach now in the locker room giving the deflated game ball to Flacco ....

coach.... Well thanks to our 120mil quarter back that threw 5 interceptions 4 of which was on their own 10 yard line .... lost the game for us .... way to go sacco ....

if I was Flacco I would take a separate plane home .... cause he may get beat up on the plain ride back ....

Anyone blaming this mess on Flacco needs to go back and repeat Football 101. You have to have an offensive line to block the defensive players to initiate a play, run or pass. Today, there was no NFL quality offensive line on the field for the Ravens.

High five. I agree 100% Something has got to be done about this O-line. I don't know if it's the coaching or what, but we gotta do something. There was no run game. I'd say the run game was awful, but there was none. That was an awful display all over. Our D played good in the second half, but they still need to improve.  Either Buffalo has the best pass protection, or we're still gelling on Defense because the pass rush was non existent today. Upshaw popped Manuel and Suggs should've had two sacks, but they need to get better. Something has got to be done.

I think whoever is coaching the oline should be in trouble, and Dickson should go...hmm am I missing something else?

Jaun Castillo needs to go also

Joe hasn't had one decent game in 4 games if you think about it. So where do we go from here?

Look at who he's throwing the ball to and how the OL is playing. Flacco is the same guy he was in the playoffs, it's the people around him who have caused his erratic reads and int's/missed 1st downs off crucial drops that happen over and over from Clark/Dickson/Doss

Joe had chance after chance though, he threw 5 INTs PERIOD.....we put it in the refs hands...Deonte and Torrey caught bombs and Flacco didn't do jack with it...

Hahaha. H8R is gonna take a leave of absence I assume.

I owe you..... I owe you whatever.  LOL!!!

I agree the O line needs some sort of help, and quick. With even a little bit of decent O line play we win that game, Coach, scheme, something needs to change NOW!.

Oh, and you missed Doss. He is what they thought he was when he was cut. He should go as well.

Well time to revisit our entire season folks. This ain't going to cut it moving forward. To lose winnable games is not the way to make the playoffs.

Flacco's Ints have to go away sooner rather than later. Totally unacceptable. Every time I posted this genuine concern of mine regarding his INTs which really showed up in training camp through the preseason, I got heavily negged by all of you! Now, this happens! 5 INTs? Are you freakin' kidding me? This is no way to get into the elite conversation Joe!

I think I remember you! Embrace the negs, it only means you're right (even thoguh you don't want to be).

I had the same concerns and granted, waited until the season to have final judgement. Looks like those feelings have been vindicated.

And it will take Joe, and only Joe, to fix them. Because he needs to find a way to play around his team-mates mistakes. Only thing a player with his paycheck can do.

If Deonte and Torrey caught bombs, didn't Flacco do something in the first place? He just didn't finish what he started, but he started.

Looking back at what happened, I can't help but wonder what might've happened if we went for it on 4th down instead of that last FG.

So, in other words, if you keep repeating "5 INTs" over and over, that will somehow negate hitting NFL receivers in the hands with spirals and having them pop the ball up in the air.  Good to know that the QB is not only expected to throw the ball, but somehow make the receivers catch the ball.  I'm gonna write that down.

No one has. In fact, I have yet to see a quote that even implies that.

sigh im depressed

It's all good. Thankfully everyone else in our division is keeping up with our torrid pace. There's plenty of time to get this thing fixed.

I don't even recognize the majority of these posters calling for Flacco's head right now. Just jump on the wagon after the SB win eh?

Go study some football. You can't remove the running game (because the O line can't open any lanes at all!) and expect to have a passing game. Just like you can't eliminate the passing game and expect to be successful in the run game. Especially when that same O line can't pass protect either and you have zero time in the pocket.

Sure, Flacco forced some of those throws but do you blame him? Outside of Brown & Torrey (what happened to Brown btw?) not one single receiving option can catch a ball.

We had too many redzone trips with nothing to show for it. Daryll Smith got a pick, and Flacco gave it right back with a pick...5 PICKS MAN!! smh

That pretty much implies it was Flacco's 5 picks ... that's kind of what happens when you use PERIOD.  But again, how do you put that on Flacco when your receivers are being hit in the hands with spirals and dropping them or popping them up for INTs.  I'd say he threw 2 picks ... the other 3 I have to put on the receivers.

You can say that but he still did what he did...but the opportunities he had, he blew them PERIOD
