Injuries

Here we go again. Just in time for Rice, and our WIA D-line members to come back, Marlon Brown and McPhee were both held out of practice, and McKinnie was limping.

I thought it was an ankle injury. Those as a general rule take a while to heal.

Ha, I thought it was his foot. Mysterious injury indeed. Should have have just gotten the hockey "lower body" designation.

Immediately we need Marlon Brown, Ray Rice and Canty on the field. I will be a happy camper when we get JJ back. Then I will be ecstatic when we get Pitta back. I can always hope it is later in the season. Maybe we can get an early Christmas present of Pitta returning. :D

It was a foot injury.

Yeah, it was originally reported as being a foot sprain which is normally supposed to take 3-6 weeks depending on the severity.

Next man up!

Injuries happen, how the team deals with them is the most important thing.

But I will say that the extent of the injury is something that coaches will use in a strategical sense to try to throw off an opponent.  I've seen the likes of Rothlisberger play patsy one too many times to be completely lulled or fooled by an injury report.  We've also seen players turn out gritty performances while hurt like what Oher did against the Texans.  We'll just have to wait an see if they can play or not and how it effects them on the field if they can play.

Sounds like almost everyone is practicing other than Jacoby, Jenson and Terrance Cody. This may be the healthiest the Ravens have been thus far this year. Bills are at the other end of the spectrum.

Too late. Aaron Wilson seems to be reported that Ray Rice is going to be listed as questionable or doubtful

I would love for Pitta to return must as much as the next Ravens fan.. But we have to be realistic, if he returns let's say in week 14, what type of football shape do you think he'll be in?
I honesty think that before our bye week Dickson and/or Clark will be playing much better. As well as Pitta when he's healthy??? Most certainly not. Lol
But Pitta won't be much of a service to us by missing that much of the season

Roethlisberger is just an old school football player. Although I hate him, I do respect him. He plays through injuries that other guys, let alone QB's would sit out for.

Lets not get to over confident about facing the Bills, we have faced them 5 times winning 3, never beat them in Buffalo, and our margin of victory and losses are 3 points..

I was curious as to why "vegas" had us at 3 point favs..

He's a Prima donna that loves attention. He has been injured, but he "works" the injuries for attention too.

Love him calling out the rookie Bell in the press, implying he's not practicing hard.  That's how you inspire a man!!!

What a clown.

Aren't we like... 6.5 in Miami?  That's strange I consider Miami a much better team.

Has anyone heard anything about Webb?

Webb and Marlon Brown both have thigh strains.  Deonte has a concussion.  McClellan is getting an MRI on his shoulder.
