I think it's the OL and the scheme. It's not working and the gaps are letting guys get through.

He's fine. The offensive line is atrocious. Honestly I think if Rice was in he probably would have had more tackles behind the line, at least Pierce has gotten back to it... but that's just my two cents.

There was a hole there, but Pierce got caught by the backside ILB knifing through. Can't let that happen.

We were double teaming the linemen there and leaving Mays to run free, probably thinking he couldn't get to the hole in time to stop a 3rd and 1.  We were wrong.
