Pre game pump up speech

I know that Suggs has taken over as the teams new vocal leader. But is he doing the "what time is it?!" chant before the games begin? I haven't heard anything about the pre game chants/speeches, I'm just currious to know if he's continuing Ray Rays thing. I personally think that they should keep doing the "what time is it?!" Chant.

What did he do? I was listening to the 98 rock show with Q on it and before they went on a comercial break, they would play a clip of the "what time is it?!" Chant and it didn't sound like Ray, it sounded like Suggs or someone else...
