Mayweather-Canelo

This current fight is weak!

I'm really feeling Canelo tonight but it's so hard to go against Floyd. I'm betting my friend my 5 to his 20 that Canelo wins.

Mayweather remains undefeated!!!!!

love him or hate him....he is simply the best!  he drops everyone whom the public and powers that be pub up to be "the one" to beat him.  then they all line up to quickly make excuses for why Floyd wins.  smh!  Floyd is 36 and Canelo is 23.  that's a 13 year age difference and both of them were undefeated.  Canelo was "suppose" to be "the one" to beat Floyd.  wrong.....again! 45 have tried....45 have failed!  and for those who love to keep bringing up Pacquaio....ummm....that bum got knocked out by a cat that Floyd beat!  shhhhh!

I hate him and I can acknowledge he's the best ever.

Wasn't even a fight, I want my money back. I guess Garcia could be next, it doesn't even really matter.

Aamir Khan could make for a fun matchup.  Or Broner, if he changes his mind.  Do you think he's better than Tyson, Ali and Robinson?

Floyd will go down as one of the greatest ever!  but is he better than Ali?  let's not go crazy here!  lol!  Ali had classic battles with Frazier and a historical comeback against Foreman in regaining his championsip a record (at that time) 3xs.  Leonard had classic battles with Duran, Hagler and Hearns.  and even Evander had battles with Riddick Bowe and Tyson that really cemented his legacy!  Floyd has no one his equal to have battles like that!

I can't get into boxing. I knows it's a strategy, but the hugging/grasping (whatever) really bothers me and make me roll my eyes. The first one to go in for that should be DQ'd. Just tell em to fight it out or else.

I'm not gonna act like I know more about boxing then old timers who actually saw the greats fight, but Floyd definitely deserves to be in the conversation.

I do know 45-0 is extremely impressive and he's the best I've ever seen. Until he gets beat, I won't think otherwise. And I can't see him losing anytime soon.

I can't call a guy that's fought in the weakest era of boxing the best ever. Floyd is clearly one of the best ever though.

First off... Floyd is NO DOUBT, the best fighter in the last 20 years... but lets look at boxing as a whole... It's probably at it weakest state in the history of WBO/WBC .. Floyd has been the only superstar other then PacMan. Case in point, look at the heavy weight division, it was always the most lucrative... Now, it's ran by the Klitchkos.. they're skilled fighters but not the heavyweights of old. The last great heavyweight was Lennox Lewis.

Also... don't put Tyson in talks of Ali. I hate Ali as a person but he is/was the GOAT. Tyson didn't have longevity and he couldn't beat Evander. Im not saying Kid Dynamite was a chump... Hes probably at top 10-15 of all times .

Floyd is definitely top 3, but better than Ali?? No way. Let me explain it like this. A team like Akron goes unbeaten versus teams like W. Kentucky/Rice/Ohio U (not OSU)... while you have Alabama losing 1 or 2 games, but beating the likes of Georgia/Florida/A&M. You don't say Akron is the best just because they're unbeaten, because they are going against inferior competition. They are a good team, maybe, but there's no way they would be able to beat Alabama. Same analogy applies here. Ali may not have been unbeaten, but he competed against much, much better competition than Floyd has went against.
