Week 2 - Baltimore Ravens vs. Cleveland Browns

2,490 posts in this topic

If they were two divisional losses, that'd be one thing. But only one divisional loss? No big deal. Seriously.

Doesn't matter what you do in the regular season as long as you get to the postseason. Once you get to the playoffs, all bets are off. No way to predict how you'll play.

But if you lose to the Browns that does not bode well for the rest of the season.

What the hell do you expect from Joe there? Every WR was blanketed and he was on the run. It was essentially a throw away.

He had a wide open lane to run for the first down

I've got Eagles/Chargers and Bills/Panthers here. Should I be glad I can't watch this game? It's not looking so hot from the comments here and the drive charts I'm seeing...

Nah, it's pretty much always better to watch your own team... and especially when your lineup includes the Bills and Panthers.

Joe just overthrowing everyone.

If you haven't noticed, nobody was open on 2nd or 3rd down, and he was flushed from the pocket and had to just get rid of the ball.  It wasn't so much as an overthrow as a "Let me get rid of this and if someone can jump high enough to catch it, that's cool, but I don't want to get intercepted either".  He threw either of those any lower, it's a pick.

Yes, it was wide open even for Joe.

He would have made it easily.
