1. Raiders - Its obviously all the drugs
2. Steelers & Patriots - Bandwagon fans do not understand the concept of losing games from time to time.
3. Lions - Its Detroit.  They are used to beating themselves up.

It depends on your definition of stable. Eagles fans are insane, sure, but they are pretty steadfast in their love and support through all the terrible times and they aren't shy about showing it. I don't know about the list as a whole, but I agree with that part. As far as NO, I think this is maybe an historical rating rathe than current. Their fan base seems stable nowadays.
