We're way beyond trips to Gettysburg and comedians now but Harbs has assembled a good group of coaches! The next few weeks will be testing our metal but it will all pay in the long run!

This will be a different, more cohesive team by the time we come off the Bye!

C'mon man...We are into Joe Flacco's second 5 year window. I remember the first 5 years of nothing but playoff appearances and a Super Bowl trophy. Things have changed, but the formula is still there. Build a team. Here we go again.

If I wanted anybody to be the guy in charge to fix the "what we need and what do we do now?" stuff, It is Harbs.

I have 100% confidence in him.

GO RAVENS!

Really happy for Harbs, he deserves it.

As far as the butt Whoopin Thur night,
Ya, it really sucked and we're all hanging our heads a bit.
We have concerns but we have them every year.
We have the best coaches in the world and a plethora of talent.

It's going to be a tight year and we'll probably be working it like we did last year and that worked for us last season.
We're a blue collar team thta has never been handed anything and this crappy start is just the type of thing we thrive on.
"That which doesn't kill us, only makes us stronger"
:-)

GO RAVENS!!!

"Coach of the Year" is what Im screaming! The Offense OWES the Defense Big Time after that performance and I feel that Harbaugh will make sure they do! The next time the Ravens see the donkeys will be the AFC Championship and guess what, NO DROPS!

He will have to earn his pay. Everyone should, regardless of profession. He's got four years to make this into a 'dynasty', his words. He's on his way, but now it's time to show it's possible. If he can do that, he deserves that extra couple million a year he's now getting.

This team is going to bounce back they looked soft to all their NFL peers on national T.V. That defeat does not set well with the Ravens team.

I think we are alright, but got a wake-up call. If you think our secondary executed and played well, here is a quote from The Sun: "Jimmy Smith called it a complete embarrassment. Michael Huff acknowledged that he needs to play way better. Corey Graham said it was probably one of the worst games that he's ever played in his life."

Our secondary needs to improve; Elam may be a possible elixir.

So glad he is our coach and not Rex Ryan. He is our leader of men and just the man for the job! He deserves his pay raise and we'll worth the money.

I think we will be alright. Yes John might have a challenge on his hands, but he seems up to it.

I also would like to thank the RAVENS for sending me and other PSL holders the replica Superbowl RIng Pendants. I was considering getting the replica ring for Christmas but they send this Pendant. Regardless of what happens on the field, this was a real CLASS ACT.

Thank you.

Go get your Props Harbs. Sword and Shield sure as heck didnt help you against Denver. What would have though was listening to you CB when he Told you the Ball Hit the Ground.

The only thing I'm worried about is the Secondary, mainly Huff and Jimmy Smith, What happened to Huff being this Track Super Star? He looks slower than a box of rocks. Jimmy Smith has been here entirely too long to suck as bad as he sucked the other night in Denver. But besides that I can't fault Graham and Webb to much seeing as it is almost impossible to cover those receivers with no help behind you.

Im worried about our secondary. Huff looked dazed, confused and slow and Smith , I dont know what to say about him. Our offense will get it together but that secondary, Im not so certain of...maybe we should have kept Reed or Pollard to help...

Harbs better earn his Contract, otherwise he will be sitting next to Billick on the Sideline in a couple years. All We do is Win around Here from the Johnny Unitas Colts to the Dynasty Orioles from the 60s to the 80s with winningest team during that period, to the Ripken Os to the Lewis and Reed Ravens. All we do is WIN! We Might be a Mid Market, Baltimore, But We got a New City Attitude. Our Sports Legacy and History is 100x better then 75 Percent of of major Markets like Philly or LA, or Dallas. So if Harbs thinks he can go 8 and 8, and miss the playoffs because he got a Ring. Not at all, not after he demanded control of the team and booted out certain personalities that conflicted with his Agenda. He better continue to stay a playoff team yearly otherwise, Goodbye

To ravens4life86: We've been to the playoffs every year since he got here, he came within a hairs breath of going to the Super Bowl in 2011, we won the Super Bowl last year despite injuries to some of our best players, THEN we lose one game to what everybody considers the best team with the best QB ever and you are giving Harbaugh an ultimatum? You need to cool your jets and let him do his job.

"The Ravens are going to do what they always do, go back to work, continue to grind, take steps in what Harbaugh thinks is the right direction and keep taking those steps until they get somewhere."

[background='white']That's what I would hope to hear. This how the Ravens win championships.[/background]

Look, realistically its hard to make the playoffs every year. But if your saying that if we go 8-8 and you would fire him, then you need to lower your expectations. Every team has seasons where they struggle. Mike Tomlin is a great coach, do you think the steelers thought about firing him last year? I doubt it. Harbaugh is a great coach, he has proved that. If we go 8-8 this year, he would be the last person we would need to replace. Harbaugh will put this team in the best position possible to make the playoffs.

I'm gonna stick up for Smith....I thought he played pretty decent up till he gave up that TD to Caldwell. To me, I thought Graham played worse than Smith. People are just easy to pick out Smith. I also thought that the interior D-Line didn't play very well. We stopped the run, but they didn't get much pressure. Ngata didn't get much pressure, and he was going against a back up center. We need to get more pressure to help out our secondary.

i agree i thought smith outplayed graham and webb but after those turnovers the defense just looked gassed and remember we have 5 new starters and 2 others rotating in and out that need to learn the system.  patience patience patience!! they will get better

Corey Graham worst than Jimmy Smith, Jimmy worst than Corey, Huff huffed,... with Peyton Manning at the controls anybody can be made to look bad!

We didn't need to face him with a brand new defense! We needed to face Mark Sanchez!

Hopefully Lardarius Webb, the senior guy in the Secondary, will step up and start calling coverages until the secondary gets up to speed with each other!

I love the question "Can he get in sync with Ed Dickson" Joe puts the ball in his hands more often than not. What more can he do than that. I'll take a quote from Harbaugh a few years back, "if your a receiver and you can't catch, nothing else really matters."
