TV commericals in the opener.

I felt it difficult to watch the opener this week.

Perhaps the luxury of the internet is indoctrinating me. But, the amount of time focused on commericals seemed to me was a huge turn off. The delay of the game didn't help either.

Normally, commericals are a time to talk with your pals about what just happened in game and speculation of what may happen next.

But, the game lasted so long, everyone was exhasted of words even in the first Q. I had people actually get up and leave my party at half time. The game was going late into the night... but, this has never happened in the last 10 years I've had parties.

I can only speculate, but, it seems there is less football and to much boring distraction.
