nah, my thinking here is that Dolphins have got quite a decent D and Glennon hasn't made any progress yet, plus Dolphins have got a decent QB too that can score on Tampa's D; then Jaguars come off a bye with something to prove for the second half of the season and Titans don't really have a QB either lol

I was thinking tampa bay almost beat the seahawks  last week  and with all the disarray in maimi they may just have a shot.

Glennon's pretty good, actually.  However, the article was pointing out Schiano-Gate, the MRSA outbreak, the imploding MIA O-line/Martin-Gate.

Oh man, how much should I hate myself if I pick Cincy to win this weekend?

Not that it matters much because this year is almost a lost year for me when it comes to Pick em.

I'm projecting two upsets this week, Carolina on the road in SF to beat the 49ers. Second, Jacksonville finally gets some breathing room in the race for the number one pick as Tampa beats Miami amid all their bullying controversy.

The Bucs will have a letdown after their almost win against the Seahawks. Miami by double digits.

now you got me thinking, not concerned about the online at all Miami's?

Week 9 Recap:  It's Back!

18 games (13 in week 7) separating the top from the active bottom.  The top is very a close bunch, which is different from years past.

Traitors:  None

Going Against the Grain: H8R (Buf vs KC), SpiderWebb21 (Chi @ GB) *GOLF CLAP*

Dropouts (missed multiple weeks):  GRENDELWULF21, SeaHawk, Poes Crows

Crush Watch:  7th place (was also 7th after week 7) - 777 the sign of http://www.ridingthebeast.com/numbers/nu777.php

Cream of the Crop:

  1. PuRock - Slipped to 5th last week, had avg wk 9 but was able to gain ground
  2. flaccopoe - Tied for 1st after dropping his bad week 9
  3. FC Horus 13 - Fantastical week 9.  Tops in the biz w/ 10 picks.
  4. Gabe's picks - Would have been 1st if Houston held onto the win.
  5. ravens__ - Hasn't picked less than 9 right yet.  Best in the game there.

Bottom of the Barrel:

  1. Arnie uk - The missed week 8 picks followed up by 6 picks right in week 9 hurt.
  2. Ravens 3 - Still trying to come out of the hole from the missed week 4 picks.  At least no longer last.
  3. Miami Hurricane - Already in the barrel and misses week 8 picks.  It'll be tough
  4. TheBlackDog - After a decent week 7 & 8, manages 7 picks in week 9.  Almost out of the barrel
  5. SAM - Newcomer to the barrel thanks to not having picked half the games in week 9.
