Week 1 - Baltimore Ravens at Denver Broncos

Huff can't tackle. That's for sure.

Clark cannot hang onto the ball. Time to get him some gloves.

Dickson still can't catch. Sme would have been tough catches but still he's gotta make them.

The lack of leadership is more real than we've thought. Joes demeanor was terrible all game and it rubbed off on me so I can only imagine what it did to the players around him.

And Harbaugh failing to challenge was the turning point. He's gotta trust his players in that situation.

The thing that pisses me off is that I guarantee this doesn't happen if we played in Baltimore. I hate the Orioles.

i'm surprised anyone noticed when we let ed reed go allot of people on this forum said he was a better player then Ed was ......I didn't know him then . wow were they wrong . better defense cause they r younger  wrong again, that was just ugly and whomever thought wagner was an adequate backup for oher needs to be fired immediately cause wow

I didn't realize that Huff was a 120 lb 5'0 white guy.

And Cary Williams looked like Revis compare to Jimmy/Graham.

Woah easy killer.

Poor Flacco, he's gonna get killed. Even with the picks I didn't think he was terrible. That's what happens when you throw 60 times.

I saw about 5-7 bad throws. Not bad when you throw it a ridiculous 62 times. The INT that should've went for 6 was absolutely horrible.

i couldnt agree more.  One of the forum guys posted huffs tackling stats.  I told them he wasn't a good tackler.  He is a corner by trade.  Putting him at safety is ridiculous.

Before I leave I would like to remind everybody of one thing....

We are still the defending SUPER BOWL CHAMPIONS. Don't forget that our team won a ring back in February. They know how to win football games. They'll right the ship and we'll still be a playoff caliber team as this season progresses. I'm not worried. They'll make the necessary corrections and sign/cut those who need to be signed/cut.

its not even the fact we lost, its how we lost. no effort, stupid play calling, coaching was piss poor (challenge)... we have NO tight end. CB's looked like crap, webb didn't look elite, pass rush was weak as hell.

We would have probably crashed and burned at the hands of Brady if it was at home.

All I know is our defense needs to improve. They looked ugly tonight. I know it's the Broncos, but they were apparently not on the same page tonight.

When you throw that much INTs are inevitable. Can't even be mad.

Sooo. Manning throws to Welker, Thomas and Decker with a meager run game and has a top 5 defense.

Flacco throws to Torrey Smith..... and ... um.. Rice is pretty good and the defense looks poor.

We'll be okay. Sky isn't falling. D needs time to gel. Hopefully Jacoby will get healthy and other receivers will build a chemistry with Joe.

One game people... One game.

Terrible start for the new look defense, that's for sure.

But we got blown out by the Broncos last year too.

Looking forward to next week!

My god is it a race to see who can start the most topics?

We must talk about how much we suck.  We Must!

Leave no nook un-examined.

One more thing, I think cutting Bobby Rainey was a mistake (so we could keep Trawick, lol). After Jacoby went down obviously we had Webb back there. Why would we put a guy even on the field on special teams who is our top corner and has torn both ACLs. You could see he was incredibly hesitant returning punts and I think he only brought back 1 on the day, for a moderate gain when there was plenty of space available.
