Ray Lewis....One last thread of Greatness

4 posts in this topic

Well in just about a week the new NFL season will start and for the first time ever 52 wont be there.  I remember going to my first game with my father in 1997 and sadly i was never able to attend another home game to see Ray do his dance and experience the home crowd atmosphere. I dont have the honor of living in Baltimore so i cant know what kind of impact he has on the people there and the community but i know im not the only one who feels this way.  Earlier tonight i was watching some of his videos and im not going to lie, i actually kind of teared up.  The passion this man has about just life in general inspires me and i wish i had the pleasure to shake his hand one day, it would mean the world to me.  For most of us on here, football isnt just a sport, its a way of life and it feels like a loved one has left us after a great relationship.  The playoff run we had was just story book perfect and i still get goosebumps thinking about it.  I thought it would be cool if everyone posted a video, a story or just anything you want to remember the greatest MLB of all time.

Ill start by posting a rather long video but it sends chills down my spine.  And i have to mention my favorite play of all time of his which i saw in person: tackling sproles in the back field to win the game in San Diego, amazing.
