34 points???? mAn our defense must be terrible

Reminds me of how Denver's offense scored so many points on us in the playoffs.  Their O was unstoppable.

Our Defense gave 6 points...

The defense was nasty tonight.  Some questionable penalties removed the Carolina first team would have barely moved the ball at all.

Allen's getting the RB3 reps tonight.

My friend was telling me he heard somewhere on the radio that people have seen signs of Rainey possibly getting cut which wouldnt make sense to me.

Once again we suck at home.

Is cam cold? Why does he always have a towel around his head?

The towel is for him to hide while he's sulking.  He gets very fussy if the game doesn't go his way.

Joe threw 2 ints, Tyrod threw one. Big whoop. It's pre-season. They gotta get it out of their system somehow. See what throws they can and can't make.

Out of all of them, Flacco's target to Shiancoe was the worst.

Probably the same reason Torrey and Jacoby barely played - he's already been on this team, his third year now, and he's a fantastic special teams player - his spot was probably locked up a while ago. I think this was more about Doss/Mallette/Brown/Carter trying to fight it out for the 2 remaining spots.

Right, but if he is going to be on the team it would be nice to see if he is starter material as well. I guess he isn't.

So we shoulder bump their receiver after an incompletion...flag.

they tackle our return guy out of bounds...no flag.

Okay...I think I've got the new rules down...lol

Pretty much. Folks need to chill.

Why?  Because they didn't show up in the PS.  Joe won us the Super Bowl.  Or is that distant memory?

Blame the FO and the state of the league if you don't like the contracts, don't blame the player.

Rainey looking good. His trying to make the team

Anthony didn't look too shabby either. They have a hard call to make between the 2.

Are you kidding me? It's more like "Jah Reid is so awful at guarding that he brings down everyone with him."

If your right handed, try opening your beer with your left hand. I'm pretty sure it makes a different sound... Or I've had too many?

Well I think it's pretty clear the plan this season is to go in with Torrey and Jacoby as starters in the beginning, with Deonte the dark horse to take Jacoby's spot (I'm saying that because they had a few articles on the possibility earlier).  So I wouldn't say just because LaQuan hasn't gotten the opportunity doesn't mean he can't still be a starter sometime down the road, just not at the beginning of this season.  I personally think they've had Torrey and Jacoby penciled in as the starters since they traded Q - which is part of the reason they felt comfortable trading him in the first place.
