Haters stand up...Marlon Brown. Thank you to whoever's idea it was to propose that we let the challengers get some reps with the 1s. Thank you to whoever's idea it was to approve that idea

You're welcome

I hope we aren't going to try to stash that kid on the practice squad, someone would definitely give Brown a chance after his strong performance tonight.  I'm impressed, I really am.  He's gotten open, or at least been where he was supposed to be, and he just made a really nice catch on that TD.  And he's big, that's a plus in my book.

Marlon Brown looks a heck of a lot better then Doss and Jones...

Especially since he's been doing it with the first team.....and only a short while.

At 6'5"  , its naturally easy for me to have a man crush on Marlon.     Who the hell is Streeter?

What a flipping throw! (Am I allowed to say flipping?). Dead on the money where it needed to be. That is what a receiver who wants to be a starter does!

Nope.  You'll probably get warned for that.

Welcome to football season.  Moderators throw out almost as many warnings as Michael Oher gets holding penalties.

NO, we need to test our receivers more.

Well Tyrod is better anyway so he can do it

Good question? :P

Marlon knows how to get open.  The kid should take Doss spot, starting tommorow.

Yeah people complained about Boldin not getting separation, but on our FG drive, Doss couldn't get any separation either.

Undrafted rookie out of Georgia, I believe.

All bow down to Ozzie, the king of finding underrated guys...

I actually kind of agree now.  Smith, Jones, Stokley, Mellette, Brown, and Williams for ST seems to be the best choice right now.  Doss just hasn't done enough.  I was all for giving him time, but I'm just not impressed right now.

And when Thompson gets back, he is another guy who brings more value to this team than doss

They're actually more forgiving during the season (during bad plays, games etc)

You just notice em more because of increased traffic obviously

I have to eat my words here. I didn't think he would make the team. I thought he would be stashed on PUP and be eased into the game but he has looked fantastic.

So did I, but mainly because of injury.  I didn't expect him to actually play this year, but I was ecstatic about next year.

I swear some people give up so easily. never been around for a Ravens preseason I take it? After the Lions preseason game last year we were "garbage" and "would be lucky to go 8-8".. The 08 Lions played great in the preseason and went 4-0, the 2007 Pats were shaky and went 2-2.. It's a practice game at the end of the day and people tend to lose sight of that.

We didn't have our actual gunners out there on that PR, Jah Reid has shut down the running game for us and missed block after block, doss directly gives up a pick 6 when he couldn't adjust to the hot read on a zone blitz, bad strokes of luck from players that probably won't even play in the regular season for the most part.

Once again its not giving up on nothing. Look at the chemistry between Joe and the wideouts, its terrible for the most part. Also if Yanda happens to get injured during the reg season our whole offense shuts down? I believe the offense will be really inconsisent this year. Defense will be solid, but our offense has very few playmakers.

As much as I love Marlon right now, we need to calm down with the MVP chants.  He still needs to be able to show this on a consistent basis.

Don't forget how so many of you were slobbering over LaQuan game 1.  Thought he was officially our #2 and had a spot locked up.
