I voted Dickson, Clark and Furstenberg, but think Bajema may win the job in lieu of Furstenberg who may go to the practice squad. Just a hunch given how poorly we blocked on our offensive front....

Since Bajema has played in the regular season, he cannot be put on the practice squad. This is why I think he makes the team, while Furstenberg will get put on the PS.

Clark is a lock, as Dickson is when he gets back.

For some reason, I think you agree with me because that is precisely what I tried to say.... so yes, I agree with your statement.

Furst over Shiancoe? Can't see it

Shiancoe has terribad all preseason long. Furstenburg has more upside at this point, and he hasn't been the massive disappointment that Shiancoe has been.

I have noticed an interesting trend in many preseason games with several different teams lining up 4 tes on the field at the same time. Any thoughts in employing this type of attack here?

I'm really high on Furstenburg, and I'm sure I've made that clear. However, I have him getting the IR or PS. I think we keep Dickson, Clark, and Bajema.

One thing to think about is that Clark and Bajema are older vets. Clark is injury prone, and Dickson could be fighting an injury as well. So, I won't rule out Furstenburg making the 53. Just think we might want more veteran guys at TE considering the abundance of inexperience elsewhere.

If im picking the 3 players I want going forward it'd probably be Dickson, Clark and Furstenberg based on what I think he can become.

But if I'm building a team, I have to consider filling different roles and team needs. Since thats what we're doing here I have Dickson, Clark, and Bajema. I think Furstenberg would be a mistake... I like his upside as a pass catcher, but taking him over Bajema leaves you without a solid blocker.

Dickson's ok, but is going to be mainly a receiving weapon. Clark offers little in blocking - Bajema is our only TE whose strength is blocking. He makes it on that alone, and had a really nice reception the other night showing that hes not JUST a blocker.

Plus Juice can almost be that 3rd pass catching TE if you ever wanted to do something like that. You need a Bajema on the roster for versatility.

Furst gets IR/PS designation.

I want to see Dickson, Clark, and Furstenburg but I dont see that happening unfortunately because none of them are good run-blockers. I think most likely is Dickson, Clark, and Shiancoe.
