I think people in the media are just waiting for us to fail. Flacco has already outperformed their media darling Matt Ryan so people just want to hate. We've also been to the playoffs every year since 2008, so people are predicting this is the year we come back down to Earth and idk. With the way our offense has looked, I don't think we can assume ANY game this season will be a gimme. Right now I'm saying 10-6 again if we're lucky.

Well, for the second straight game There "Starters" have
Been ahead of our "Sarters". We got pushed around on defense. The secondary was abysmal. The Offense was listless. At one time early in the game it was 17 to 2 in first downs. The receivers, barring Torrey Smith, couldn't run routes. ray Rice is averaging about 1.75 yards
A carry after 2 games.

Oh, but Clark and Stokely didn't play!!!

We lost a lot of starters and we lost them in key positions. Their absence was clearly felt last night.

Some of our starters weren't even playing last night, and won't play at all this preseason. Chill out.

 

I am concerned about the receivers. The rush offense isn't going to be that bad with Yanda.

Dukes simply doesn't like the Ravens. I remember he said we had no shot at beating the Colts in the playoffs. That the young rookie QB was going to come in to Baltimore in his first playoff game and send Ray Lewis home. Dukes is a goof ball.

Well looking at that preseason game he can say what he wants. That game was freaking ugly. We were completely inept if not for Torrey, and I mean completely. We could not throw the ball, we could not run the ball. Hell Harbs even said it was the worst half he has probably ever seen, and he is not wrong. The good thing is it is pre season and we have seen a few really bad showings in the pre season. There are some big questions though, I am sure they will get answered soon though. One thing I know, we may have looked like the Jags, but we will still be a top team this year when the season starts. Either that or we will finally get a really high draft pick. LOL

Why everyone acting so serious about preseason game? It is like practice which is that we are just experimenting our options and correcting things needed to be before the actual game starts.

 

I got to be honest that I was pissed off when we were doing bad last night and pumped when we got the win; in the end, I am back to the reality and be ready for the real game.

We looked like garbage that preseason game but I don't think Dukes' polished head said anything like this about the Falcons last week when they got rocked. How can someone be so consistently wrong and unlikeable and still be on television?

I have a buddy who - like me - leaves NFL Network on his TV all day as background noise. Not paying a ton of attention to it, but its on. I was playing League of Legends with him the other night, TV on mute. We're halfway through a game and suddenly I hear him "Gah, *horrible expletive* that guy!"
