Seeing Matt Ryan run it in for a TD against the Saints pisses me off.

Joe Flacco's supposed to be the only 1st-round rookie QB to do that, dammit!

Especially since we get the ball back to start the second half.[/quote]

There is plenty of reason to go for more points, I can think of 7 reasons. If it was the 4th quarter, I could understand but its going into the half. This game is far from over. We need to go for points every chance we get.

Why is Cam being so dang conservative with the Ravens offense. I know we have a rookie QB but for goodness sake Cam, STOP BEING CONSERVATIVE! He never did that with the Chargers, he was always aggressive in SD but now all of sudden he becomes conservative? Did being in Miami make him forget how to be a OC? I hope Cam opens up the playbook in the second half, other wise this is going to have to be a game won by defense.

when you have the 2nd best d in the league and ur up 14-0 u dont need to perform a 1 minute frantic drive when your offense hasnt done anything all game almost

Did you watch that game? It was their defense that broke. If anything playing to conservatively while they had the lead is what led to their demise.

They are taking chances when it warrents it, they are a couple of missed throws from shutting this down.

For the record, Jon, you're dominating neepo's team right now, 234-193.

All she has left is Tampa's D and Bart Scott, while you have TB's Antonio Bryant up tomorrow night.

i agree with the demise part but the d did its part. dallas offense has to get more points than that end of story

Thats completely beside the point. The poster said that "getting greedy" is what cost the Cowboys today and the complete opposite is true. They became to conservative when they got the lead, instead of going for the knock out blow.

I think a lot of it has to do with the wind, really.

The inability to establish a ground game is really hurting. The fact that the wind is a factor in passing is even worse.

But, it's still possible to wear down the Redskins D with run plays, even if those runs aren't going for much. It'll be redundant, but, it'll work eventually.

The game was tied at 13 when he threw that pick. They still had two minutes to play. What are you supposed to play for OT in that situation? And that goes back to my orginal point, had they stayed agressive after they went up by 10, Pitt probably isnt able to come back.

Yeah, don't worry I got killed by starting Romo too. I was very reluctant on starting him, I was going to start Flacco over Romo but I thought Romo would still have a decent day to put up double digit fantasy points.
