They said Mellette has started to turn it on after a rough start to camp.  Hopefully he keeps this up.

 

He won't have to do very much.  He just needs to continue to catch the ball (doesn't need to do much else) and he'll leapfrog a lot of guys.

WR depth chart seems to change every week.  Torrey, Jacoby, and Stokley will make it.  Reed looked good on returns so I give him the nod.  Tandon thoroughly disappointed but will still probably be here.  Mellette may be inching his way up there.

All I'm saying is we are 2 preseason games in and I have yet to see my starting offense score anything other then a slant going for 77 yards.  You have to be kidding me.  Tampa bay and the Falcons? Wow
