I see Simon has a great role player in our offense one day.  Has that motor to grind.  Won't blow us away but he'll keep the line strong.

That has never been his thing. He wasn't ask to lead block much in Harvard. The Ravens were hoping to turn him into a swiss army knife. There is still room for him to grow as a lead blocker, especially learning behind Leach.

I agree, he can certainly improve . You jus have to have that mentality of wanting to hit what ever is in front of you, if you're going to be the FB.

Not really..

Few times you can see sprinkles of great play from dline but rest was pretty ugly so far
