These Next 4 Games

15 posts in this topic

What player or players are you looking froward to seeing in these next 4 games. Who do you expect to come big or continue to get bigger? Does anyone feel last Sunday was Clayton's breakout game and that he'll continue this play?

For some reason I really have a hunch about Willis really coming through in the clutch. Willis loves the prime time and that rest I think was Harbrough's best coaching decision to date. I know he's been a BIG disappointment this year but we all know he has the capability and the O-line is starting to click.

*Also I have a hunch Yamon is going to bust one against the skins!

Does anyone else believe our pass D is ranked way too high. I know Jim Leonhard and Fabian have been doing well but come (not using the P word) do they have the ability to play against the terrel owens, or the moss' caliber receivers?

Pass defense look bad against the Colts and Run defense looked bad against the Giants. We haven't beat a real good team but we were close to Steelers and Titans. Game by Game that's how you get to the big bowl.

It's easy to say but I have a feeling in the next three games that will be heavily watched coast to coast you will see huge games from Suggs and Scott. Contract years they will have something to prove on a national stage about their worth.

Hopefully the whole team, we are really going to need that to happen for the second and third games.

I think Clayton will have a couple nice games against Pittsburgh and Dallas. (nothing huge against Pittsburgh...something like 80-90 yards and a TD. Dallas may be a good one, over 100 yards and a score).
I think Flacco will maintain status quo, but I have the feeling he is going to erupt in one of the four games and put up huge numbers (my guess is against Jacksonville).
Suggs grabs another pick 6 before the regular season closes out, in fact, I see him and Ray being dominant to finish off the year.
And bank on this, Ngata will be our star defensive player over the next four games.

Yamon is beyond past due to do something on kick returns. If he doesn't step up over the course of the final four games, I say we go get ourselves a better RS next year. ;)

I think Heap is gonna step up in the final run. Him and Flacco have been clicking lately and I think they're starting to develop a good passing chemistry. Willis is gonna do his thing and I agree about harbs decision to bench him. Gives him time to heal and it will give him more motivation to prove he's the best back on this team. Samari is also one of the guys i think is gonna step up in big wayand Mark Clayton is gonna build off of last week and keep doing his thing for the rest of the season.

The players we need to step up are Fabian and Leonhard. Theyve played well, but we're facing some pretty prolific pass offenses these next couple weeks. If they can play strong we can force all these teams into turnovers and plenty of 3 and outs i think we come out on top for the majority of the games.

Yeah, looks like momenum is going our way...hopefully it'll translate to success in december, and hopefully, deep in january.

0% chance yamon gets a TD...

The only way for yamon to get the a TD let alone to the 50 yard line is if he is untouched. He drops to the ground when someone grazes his arm. He needs better vision AND yamon is fast NOT quick (big difference) ... he needs good blocking (which we are not doing to well) in order to bust a return. Also, becuase he is fast and not quick his first step needs to be towards the endzone and not towards the side lines. Im sick of -1 to 1 yard gains instead of 10 yards which he would get if he just went forward instead of the the sidelines.

GO RAVENS
