A few weeks ago, you were ready to call it quits in this league.

I mean I was under .500 heading into the playoffs, it wasn't looking good.

Good times...........all three of us got slaughtered.

Picture us as :
Falcons
Colts (Manning Lead)
Broncos (Manning lead).

Darn shame.

My guys didn't produce enough today.  I need 27 points from Davis to win.  He has the ability, but I don't see it happening.

Going into this matchup I thought I was toast; you have one heckuva team. Trusting Mathews and Wallace to show up after inconsistent seasons up until this point definitely paid off. My IDPs also came to play this week. And so did the always overachieving Foles.

Really unlucky, man.

Now you score 164 poinits, huh?  Congratulations on the title!

Too bad this league didn't play by seed instead of by the bracket.  I would've enjoyed the outcome more.   :D

Ha! Thanks, bud. Pretty stoked to win the two most competitive leagues in this forum as well as my big money league. Fantasy was very kind to me this year; having won 3 of 4 leagues total. How I wish this success was accompanied by more Ravens wins IRL...

Your two Yahoo League wins are very impressive.  Quite the year it is for you.

I'm like Peyton Manning in the BR leagues this year.  Two #1 seeds, One #2 seed; Zero Titles (well the #2 seed plays in wk 17).  I did pull off back-to-back titles in my big money league, works out great for Christmas.

I was feeling pretty confident leaving both drafts but after watching the season unfold in this one, my team was clearly inferior compared to some of the other teams in terms of talent. I thought I could squeak into the playoffs and then MAYBE knock off H8R there but that's it. I went all in on Gabe's league (as evidenced by the insane amount of moves I made there) and, obviously, my big money league because I really liked my chances of winning. This one came in as a bonus.

Week 17 championship game? Yikes. Good luck there! And you're still very much in the mix for the pick 'em league title which is always fun. I all but knocked myself off last week with an atrocious set of picks.

I"m always a believer in making a ton of moves to tweak rosters.  I'm usually pretty close to leading all my leagues in moves.  I see in Gabe's league you have me beat by 8 moves.  Which is tough thing to do.

JO's ESPN league always has championship week in week 17.  Its tough because week 17 is such a wild card week.  Anything can happen.

I am the same way. In fact, I believe more than half my starting team in Gabe's league (IDPs, K and DEF incl.) was acquired via a trade, FA or the waiver wire. I made my fair share of mistakes too, though. Specifically, letting go of Keenan Allen early despite being weak at WR as well as adding Foles and dropping him before he eventually became the best fantasy QB not named Peyton Manning were two moves I regret. And two holes I had to fill later on via a trade. But from my experience, owners who make a lot of moves usually tend to do better. Then again, this can be attributed to the fact there isn't a loss of interest because of the continuous success they're having..

Yeah, I'm not much of a fan of fantasy leagues decided in week 17 because of that.
