ATD Fantasy Football, Year 3

I did prerank my board, but I was pleasantly surprised with how my team ended up.

 

I figured.  I was actually surprised at how well your team turned out for being on autopick.  You're no weaker than any other given team at the league at any particular position and I can't believe you got Adrian bloody Peterson to pair with Drew Brees.  That should be a better combination than I had the year I somehow got CJ2K (in the 2k season) with Drew Brees and just dominated everyone.  I would have to go through the exact draft order to determine the value of certain players like Shorts based upon their draft position, and you might have to wait on Gronk, but all in all I'd say it's one of the better teams.

 

I don't think anyone got truly screwed over by autodrafting.

I was going to go DT but couldn't pass up Reggie Bush.  I only had two more picks to go before you got him.  Then I was planning on going Gronk after I picked Sproles and then you snagged him with your second pick again.  

 

You were the first team to fill out their starting roster entirely, which is partly why Yahoo loves you (They project based on starters).

RBs didn't go as fast as normal l in this draft.  I was able to get Sproles at the end of round 4, which is absolutely stellar for a ppr league.  I found myself having trouble passing up Bush and Sproles because of their values and now my WR squad is missing a #1 guy. 

 

Got enough talent with the deep bench to make it work at WR hopefully.  Antonio Brown, TY Hilton,  Stevie Johnson, Greg Jennings, Golden Tate, Kenny Britt.  

 

But my team is based off the ppr trio of Charles, Bush and Sproles w/ Manning throwing TD passes in a 6 point league.

I was definitely a little bummed that I drafted a K so early lol. I thought I had bumped them down the rankings far enough, but I guess I either missed one or it auto-drafted one for me because the autodraft fills roster spots.

 

I am happy with my team though. I put JJ Watt really high and I am glad I did. He is a difference maker in IDP leagues. Between him, Brees, AD, and potentially Gronk I have arguably the best player at 4 different positions. WR is the only position where I am kinda weak.

Yea guys after looking at and adjusting my team and then looking at the other teams, not sure if I will be active in this league this year. This isn't to screw the league over in any way, but I have 5 money leagues I am doing this year (at least) and autodraft made doing this league unnecessarily hard (seriously 4 idps, 2 kicker, 2 defenses). I will set a starting lineup and try to at least make the matchups competitive, but as for waiver wire/trades, I can't promise activity. So if you are looking for trades or something like that, don't feel the need to pm me (rescinding my earlier comment in light of how bad my team actually is).

Doesn't hurt to take 10 mins out of your week to check status's of players and set your line-up...

I know Sizzle won't back down from the challenge even though he said so much.  He's probably just putting a disclaimer out there in case things get ugly with his auto team.

Not a bad offense to get a heavy dose of.  After you made some drops/adds its really not that bad of a team.  Eddie Lacy' arrow keeps pointing up.  Not the ideal depth, but it should make do.  Plus its a 12 team league which should keep some names on the wire.

Yea I probably do lol. But people with gambling problems are exceptionally good with numbers. All I have to win is 1 league to profit or place second in 2 which given my teams should be more than doable.

Montee Ball is on a RB by committee squad... Jordy Nelson is a starter and is a proven commodity in a high-powered offense .
