I think it would be interesting to do 1 5 and 10 year projected rankings.

one is alright, for five it would be a stretch at half the nfl roster and after ten years the teams will be lucky to still have five players (my team's one of the youngest, if not the youngest, with no player over 30 when the season starts and it will be a stretch to field a team of 11 from both side of the ball combined)

You're in the top 20. Quit complaining lol

i'm not complaining, i'm just saying i need to be closest to the next year's draft prize to add him to my defense or that teddy to give mallett a run for his money lol

i knew my team will work itself up gabe's rankings when i'd add the qb to the team, make the defense look a bit tidier and the oline a bit less tacklier lol

don't forget that Clutch is going to present his rankings too and there I'm pretty sure I'll be very close to the top... of getting ze no 1 pick in next year's draft lol

ps Grim was working on some rankings too, but he's on holiday and would also have me to high up, so i'll rebuke that from the start lol

pssst: the worst ranking one could get is actually 13th, so better not go there lol

Offensive Strategy:
Blocking Scheme: Stretch/Zone Blocking System (Flexible to Man/Power Blocking System)
Offensive Sets: Pro-Style Offense - Spread System - Run Heavy/Bootleg System - Multiple Read Options
Philosophies: Zone Blocking / West Coast Passing / Smashmouth Running

Starting Offense (2 WR - 1 TE - 1 RB - 1 OW):
QB: Alex Smith - Round 5 (160)(He's nothin more than a game manager. A solid one at that, but Im not a fan of his)
RB: Ben Tate - Round 20 (609)(Doesn't get enough starting time IMHO. Not good enough when he does get his chances)
OW: Marcel Reece - Round 9 (288) - HB/TE/WR(Perfect H Back)
TE: Dwayne Allen - Round 8 (225)(Good young TE)
WR1: Torrey Smith - Round 4 (98) (Young WR, but I'm not exactly sure he can be a great #1. There were better options there imho)
WR2: -AJ Jenkins(I've heard for awhile that he's a bust)

WR 3-(On the other hand, he looks to be a nice target for Brees)

Offensive Line:
LT: Duane Brown - Round 1 (32)(Great Olinemen but there is one more I would've taken who was still there)
LG: Kraig Urbik - Round 11 (352)(Great guard)
C: Brian Schwenke - Round 19 (608)(Good young center)
RG: Donald Thomas - Round 12 (353)(Dont have an opinion)
RT: Mike Adams - Round 16 (481)(He will develop into something good if he stays out of trouble)

Chem: You're going for a power running scheme, yet you don't even have a RB in the NFL who is a starter, and he chokes when given the opportunity. Alex Smith won't win you a SB, and Torrey Smith was a questionable pick with some of the guys left on there.
The line will be good. And the other weapons are good.

Defensive Strategy:
Base Scheme: Multiple Defense / Over & Under Scheme / One Gap / Two Gap (4-3, 4-3 Leo 3-4, 3-3-5)
Coverage Style: Press Man (Primary), Zone (Secondary)
Philosophies: Multi-Dimensional / Zone Blitz / Aggressive Disguise Defense

Starting Defense (One Gap 3-4 Base / 4-3 Leo Switch):
DE: Datone Jones - Round 14 (417) - Flex DE/DT(Rookie with high upside)
NT:Steve McLendon - Round 17 (544) - Two Gap Holder(Good player)
DT: Sheldon Richardson - Round 13 (416) - One Gap Penetrator(He might develop into something special)
OLB: Whitney Mercilus - Round 7 (224) -(Im not the biggest fan of his, but i hear he has high upside)Weakside OLB / Leo DE
WLB: -Jon Bostic-TBD. He's a rookie
MLB: James Laurinaitis - Round 6 (161)(Good choice. Was the guy I wanted)
SLB: Clay Matthews - Round 2 (33) - Rover OLB(Matthews would be better off at 4-3 end rather than backer. He's not the best in coverage and isn't a great run defender. He's a great pass rusher, but he's a bit overrated)
CB1: Tarell Brown - Round 10 (289)(Good slot CB)
SS: Dayarlo Jamal Swearinger - Round 18 (545)(Another rookie. Should be a good player tho)
FS: Devin McCourty - Round 3 (97)(Good player, young and going to get better)
CB2: Derek Hayden Jr. - Round 15 (480)(Another rookie)

Backups/ST

Da'Norris Searcy

Josh Scobbe

Jacoby Ford

Too many rookies. Team will be good in 3-4 years, but not now.

Alex Smith is bad, and your RB is always injured. The weapons aren't the best ever. The entire team is unproven, and ranked last for that reason.

QB Ben Roethlisberger(wrong side of 30. Injury prone)
RB Frank Gore(over 30)

RB: Le'veon Bell(I always liked him as a prospect, but I don't like him on this team. I would've taken a compliment to Gore)
FB Vonta Leach(Great blocker)
WR Santonio Holmes(Coming off of ACL)
WR Anquan Boldin(Over 30. Has one year left)
WR DeSean Jackson(Headcase, gets injured a lot)
TE Jimmy Graham(Great pick)
LT Jonathan Martin(unproven)
LG Ramon Foster(liability in the run game)
C Alex Mack(Great pick)
RG Tony Bergstrom(unproven)
RT J'Marcus Webb(Decent pick)

Defense
RE Ziggy Hood(Solid, but not spectacular player)
NT B.J. Raji(Good pick)
LE Cameron Heyward(Unproven)
ROLB Jarvis Jones(Rookie. TBD)
MLB Lawrence Timmons(Great pick)
MLB Daryl Washington(Headcase)
LOLB Dwight Freeney(Doesn't fit in a 3-4)

Russel Allen(Solid player but NO PASS RUSH)
CB Nnamdi Asomugha(Old)
CB David Amerson(He's hit or miss. High ceiling but will likely not reach it)
FS Ryan Clark(Old)
SS Troy Polamalu(Old)

The Oline is terribad first of all, and combine that with an injury prone QB that likes to move... That's bad.

The team is old as gabe said, and while Amerson does have promise, the rest of the secondary is old. Freeney is not a fit in this defense, and Jarvis Jones is being relied on too much.

Clark and Polamalu are near the end of their respective careers, as is Nnamdi....

QB - Sloth- Nick Foles (Dont like, but he has solid weapons)
RB - Sloth - Matt Forte(Very good RB. Has a Ray Rice esq skill set)
WR-Sloth - Larry Fitzgerald(Great hands, all pro)
WR - Sloth - Hakeem Nicks(Best hands in the NFL)
WR- Sloth - Aaron Dobson(has very high ceiling)
TE - Sloth - Marcedes Lewis(Very talented TE. With a solid QB he'd play very well)
TE - Aaron Hernandez
LT- Sloth - William Beatty(Very solid LT)
LG - Jonathan Cooper(Hate you for this pick. Will be very good guard)
C - John Sullivan(One of the better Cs in the game)
RG - Geoff Schwartz(Another very good guard)
RT - Orlando Franklin(Elite RT)

Defense
LE - Sloth - Jason Pierre Paul (Elite Pass Rusher)
DT - Sloth - Shariff Floyd(Will be a good player)
DT - Sloth - Jay Ratliff(Veteran NT who is trying out the 4-3. Can't grade)
RE - Sloth - Will Smith (Veteran)
LOLB - Sloth - Mathias Kiwanuka(Should be good for you)
MLB- Sloth - Lofa Tatupu(Old. But still serviceable)
ROLB - Sloth Damontre Moore( I wanted the Ravens to draft him so bad, but no. I don't like the fit of him as a starter)
CB - Sloth - Tramon Williams(If he ever gets back to his old form....)
CB - Sloth - Terrell Thomas (Very solid football player)

CB- William Middleton(mediocre if he gets back to that old form)
FS- Sloth - Rahim Moore(Forget the one bad play. He's very good in coverage)
SS- Sloth - Barry Church(Meh.)

The pass rush and the run defense is elite. Still needs work in the secondary but nice job

K- Sloth Dan Carpenter
P - Sloth Shane Lechler
LS- Sloth

IF you had anyone else as your QB, you would be ranked higher as a team. But Foles sucks almost as much as Transformers 2 did. The offense would be elite with GENO SMITH at the helm.

The defense is meh. Not so much talent outside of JPP.

LT  Jason Peters(elite LT)                            QB Kirk Cousins( I always liked him, and thing he can be a solid QB, but not this year)

LG  Kelechi Osemele(potentially elite LG)    RB Arian Foster(The second best RB in the NFL)

C    Ted Larsen

RG  John Moffitt            TE Matt Spaeth(Good Blocker)

RT  Bobby Massie

(I an analyzing all three here. I don't like these three)

WR Jeremy Maclin(injured, but talented)

Fred Davis(see above)

Rod Streater(Unproven)

Jerome Simpson(OVERRATED)

Da'rick Rogers(Pothead, but talented pothead)

DE/OLB Jabaal Sheard (Nothing flashy, but he's a very solid football player who does everything well)

DT Henry Melton(STUD)

DT Mike Martin(Up and coming STUD)

DE Michael Johnson(See above)

WLB DeMario Davis(Very good in coverage, and solid LB)

MLB AJ Hawk(Overrated, but you could do worse)

SLB Manny Lawson(Meh)

CB Cortez Allen(He's ok, not great)

Keenan Lewis(He on the other hand is a #1 CB)

Chykie Brown(Good slot CB)

SS Bernard Pollard(Hard hitter, sucks in coverage)

FS Dwight Lowrey(Good in coverage, bad at run support)

The defense will keep the team somewhat competitive IN GAMES, but the bad offense will cause the team to lose games....

This defense is really good but this team is this league's Arizona.

Offense:

QB: Eli Manning (1)(SB caliber QB that's really inconsistent)
RB: Chris Johnson (8)(Stud RB that's inconsistent)
WR: Justin Blackmon (9)(Suspended, but other than that he's a really good possession WR)
WR: Justin Hunter (11)(He's got potential, but I'm a skeptical one)
WR: Marquise Goodwin (22)(Speed freak, but no hands/limited routes)
TE: Kellen Davis (17)(Meh)
TE: Tony Scheffler (24)(Meh)

(The following analysis contains some of the worst Oline things I've ever seen...... Proceed with caution)

:point:

LT: Kyle Long (14)(Rookie, unproven, set to be a guard)
LG: Dan Connoly (18)(Struggled last year. Is getting old)
C: Dominic Raiola (20)(Old)
RG: Ramon Harewood (19)(He was on the bench for a lot of last year)
RT: Michael Oher (13)(Mega penalties)

Overall Grade for Oline= :229031_rofl:
Defense:
DT: Fletcher Cox (4)(Good player, high ceiling)
DT: Domata Peko (14)(A very solid DT who's a beast)
DE: Jared Allen (3)(STUD)
DE: Robert Mathis (6)(Old but good pass rusher)
OLB: Wesley Woodyard (7)(One of the better 4-3 OLBs today)
OLB: Khaseem Greene (15)(TBD)
MLB: Pat Willis (2)(Best LB in the game)
CB: Dee Milliner (10)(TBD)
CB: Quentin Jammer (16)(Old)
NB: Mike Jenkins (23)(Has fallen off cliff)
FS: Mike Huff (12)(Solid, not flashy)
SS: Kam Chancellor (5)(Very good SS)

Special Teams:

K: Phil Dawson (21)
P:

If you had focused on the oline earlier, and the secondary, this team would be better.

Now I'm considering sending ONLY Chandler Jones after you when I play you and putting everyone else in coverage/run defense.

Eli will still be on his back a lot.

And the secondary is abysmal.

Round 1. Mathew Stafford QB(He is made by his WR. Without Johnson and White I don't like him)
Round 2. Andre Johnson WR(Elite but old)
Round 3. Roddy White WR(Elite but Old)
Round 4. Julius Peppers DE(Stud)
Round 5. Cliff Avril DE(Great pass rusher)
Round 6. Stevie Johnson WR(Stud)
Round 7. Kyle Rudolph TE(Great TE)
Round 8. Paul Posluszny MLB(Very good MLB)
Round 9. Bryant McKinnie LT(Old, and oft out of shape LT)
Round 10. Greg Toler CB(Risky, coming off of injury)
Round 11. Eric Wood C(I don't like him)
Round 12. Aqib Talib CB(Very good CB with a ton of baggage)
Round 13. Jonathan Cyprien SS(He's a very good prospect but TBD)
Round 14. Ed Reed FS(Old, but still very good)
Round 15. John Greco OG(Very solid OG)
Round 16. Roy Miller DT(Great vs the run, not vs the pass)
Round 17. Johnathan Hankins DT(TBD)
Round 18. Harvey Dahl OG(Had a down year, but with a solid RT next to him he could be good again)
Round 19. Kaluka Maiava OLB(Solid, not spectacular)
Round 20. Miles Burris OLB(See above)
Round 21. Bryce Brown RB(Fumbling machine)
Round 22. DeAngelo Hall CB(Past his prime, old)
Round 23. DeAngelo Williams RB(See above)
Round 24. Deonte Thompson WR/KR/PR(He's a good return man, but I don't like him as a WR)
Round 25. Sean Locklear RT(Solid)

Round 26. Stephen Gostkowski K

The oline, again Is weak, and the RB corp isn't good.

Stafford has great weapons, but the D and the oline are not the best in this game.

And the secondary is abysmal.

Secondary isn't great. Wouldn't call it abysmal with an all pro, a pro bowler, and a potenially top cb. Yeah Jammer is old but if Milliner pans out he isn't a bad #2 at all.

Chancellor and Huff are good, but the CBs no.

Jenkins I don't like, Jammer is OLD, Millner is good but prob won't be elite..
