Well, the Browns suffered a lot of injuries tonight.

Dion Lewis fractured his fibula.

Jason Pinkston, who was in for Shawn Lauvao who had ankle surgery, walked out of the stadium in a walking boot and crutches after suffering what appeared to be a high ankle sprain.

Mingo had a bruised lung.

Tight end Gary Barnidge suffered a sprain shoulder.

Bruised lung. Ack. Sounds really really painful. And impossible. How do you even accomplish that? Severe chest compression?

That happened to one of our TEs back in '97 or '98. He was never quite the same after that, either.

He got hit hard in the chest.  HE was originally diagnosed with a bruised rib.

Even K Bogotay got hurt!  A groin injury, which is particularly bad for kickers.

things are getting really bad for the Chargers in the WR department - Eddie Royal down now

I wonder what happened? The article just said he hit the ground hard. Hope he gets better, my brothers a Charger fan, and man they need all the help at WR they can get.

Just beat me to it, this came out of nowhere. I wonder if they will have to use Kevin "Sacked by a Mat" Kolb in Week 1.

Geno Smith will sit out tonight's game with JAC due to his ankle injury, in spite of the fact that he practiced with the same injury earlier in the week.  NYJ's #3 QB, Greg McElroy, also has an ankle injury, but rested and will thus play tonight.

Champ Bailey injured his left foot during this evening's game and apparently left the stadium on crutches, via Schefter.

Sounds like Denver's defense may not be at 100% in Week one. I imagine there is no way Wolfe plays, Bailey it seems may not play especially if he is on crutches. They already lost Dumervil to us thanks to their out of date fax machine, and Von Miller has a 4 game suspension.

I just don't think Denver as a team will be ready for Week 1.  From everything I've heard they have a cake camp.  I think we can go in and be physical w/ them and surprise the nation (though it shouldn't be a surprise because we are the champs).

Their schedule is so easy, and with those WRs they'll be fine in the regular season, but I only care about week 1.  I think we can have their O-Line, but that could mean more Wes Welker.

Damn.  MIA's got a serious gap at TE now.  Remember, Fasano left for the Chiefs.

Well they did draft THE Dion Sims.

Wouldn't that be something if he ended up starting for them against us this season?  That could be fun.

Champ Bailey's ankle sprain is serious and could take "weeks" to heal. That pretty much says he won't play in Week 1.

Also Houston may be in trouble as Arian Foster's status for week one as Foster is dealing with back and calf issues.
