The Browns fear Brian Hoyer's injury could be season ending.  Apparently he can't put weight on the injured leg.

Well that's bad luck for them, considering they just traded Monroe.

Wonder what they'd give for McKinney

You have to think Atlanta will be making Cleveland an offer for Gordon now.  They're not a team that likes to wait until next year, even though that's all they've ever had to do.

Actually wouldn't be surprised if TD made that move, he's an aggressive GM.

I would laugh so hard. Would fit in with their business model of neglecting the team to make Matt Ryan look pretty.

Its not happening but dude did you aee our D..... Our O has to score 30 points a game to possibly win.

This offseason.. We will attack both Lines.... But right now our O-line the past (but even more now) is all we have

I'm starting to feel bad for Tony Gonzalez.  He didn't come back for this, losing every week and getting mauled by multiple defenders every play because all the other receivers can't stay on the field.

But you've got great offensive weapons! Like I said, neglecting the team. Those multiple high picks that were mortgaged for Julio could've netted some help on the OL and DL.

I didn't help that they lost two of their best OLmen in FA, though.

I dont think that trade has nothing to do with this situation... Some misses in FA (Ray Edwards) and focused on CB in the draft and our young players not developing/injuries forcing us to play ALOT of rookies.

Normally you can sprinkle in a Rookie O-Lineman 1 year... 2 years later add another draft pick and that O-Line still have a gelled unit playing together.

Right now.... We only have 1 player that started in his position all of last year playing in his position... My point is injuries forced us in a bad situation... I acutally like some of our young O-Lineman... The problem is We have All new players starting on the Oline right now .... Its no Gelling... Vets cant help out one rookie.... Reynolds hasnt played a full season.. Konz is moved to Cente (1st year in the NFL) .... Lamar Holmes (1st year starting)  ... Jeremy Trueblood is a bum we just signed and he is starting because of injuries. .. Thats 4 of our starting 5

Ive never seen what teams are doing to him before.. They are doing that each week... 2 players litterally maul the guy the wole game... I know you can jam a guy but WOW... How can that not be a penalty

The trade was high price and had serious percussions on the team structure. They traded a net of four picks to get the guy - a 1st, 2nd, and two 4ths (not including one of the firsts they gave up because they received on from the Browns). I didn't like the trade when it happened. It was a luxury for a team that already had Roddy White and Tony Gonzalez. Those four picks couldn't have been spent on anything better? They could have spent their 2012 1st rounder on David DeCastro or Kevin Zeitler, for instance. Even with Julio's injury, they still have Harry Douglas who can make starts.

The right side is where the OL is really struggling. Konz (who was drafted to be the center) was horrible, spent more time on the ground than upright. I was laughing at Garrett Reynolds the whole game, he was getting demolished - just dominated. Trueblood of course got beat and let Wilkerson force a fumble.

Anyways, I think the trade price was too much and it cost them in certain areas.

Lost in the Julio Jones injury, Owen Daniels is out for 2-6 weeks, if I remember correctly.

I think I saw 4-6 but yeah, he is out for a while.

Buccaneers cornerback Johnthan Banks could miss time after contracting... yup, MRSA.

http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap2000000260608/article/johnthan-banks-third-buccaneer-diagnosed-with-mrsa-infection

Someone isn't practicing good hygiene. Someone is probably asymptomatic and carrying the organism and they're probably not taking the right precautions and it's spreading. MRSA is one of those organisms that once you have it it'll always be in your history and you'll automatically be on precautions because if it. People often carry it without knowing.

The Buccaneers better find out who's carrying it.
