Favorite regular season Ravens play in the Harbaugh/Flacco Era

This was great.  I believe it took Hines out of the game.  One of the best things JJ ever did.

I didn't notice it until now but I love how JJ gave up going after Big Ben to decleat Ward. That makes it so much funnier.

There is Ray knocking Ward out. Ray ended Wards career against the Ravens in style.

I think I'm going to do a countdown for this.

In the meantime, I was looking for 'Terrell Suggs' interception, when he intercepted Ben at Pitt. Didn't find it. Still looking. This came up though - one that I totally forgot about

David Reed's kick return against the Texans, 2010.

Flacco trucking D.J. Williams, 2009.

Ed Reed's INT - flips to Dawan Landry for the TD, 2010.

Ravens vs. Patriots 2009. Very first play Ray Rice runs for a 83 yard TD, what a way to start the game! Rice finished with 22 carries for 159 yards and 2 TDs. En route to us dominating for a 33-14 win over a stacked Patriots team. That was one heck of a game!

I know it's recent and people will say it's just fresh in my mind but Flacco to Jones against Denver is no doubt number one.

Top 5 play for me even though it was recent.  Can't get enough of it.  Heres the Fans POV.  LOL at their reaction.

Well as far the regular season goes, I have to pick Ed Reed's 4th and goal interception/return.

Was that Philly?

This play was one of my favorites! I had Ravens D that year of fantasy. Only if I had him as my starting Defensive Player that would have been icing on the cake + cherry on top.

0.5 Tackle + Forced fumble + Fumble Recovery + TD + SAMARI ROLLE WITH THE KEY BLOCK!!!

Pretty much a compilation of what most folk already said. No real formula applied to assess. If anything, considerations were given to the opponent (read: type of rivalry...), and the moment

Left punt and kick returns off.

15. Tie: Jets/Ravens 2011 Monday Night, pick a play; Ray Rice run vs Cincy, pick one from any year, he victimizes them regularly

14. Suggs forces fumble @ PIT in the red zone, Corey Redding scores TD 20 secs later

13. Willis Mac stiff arm @ OAK for 70 yarder

12. DMase TD @ Home vs Brownies in 2009, look for it on YouTube. Pretty sick

11. Leron McClain shuts down Texas stadium breaking like 5 or 6 tackles in the backfield and box to go 82 yards

10. DMase helps shut down Texas stadium with bad shoulder and all whole game and scores TD

9. Mark Clayton flea flicker - fires a bullet to Derrick Mason @Cincy 2008

8. Ed Reed INT @ CAR, laterals to Dwan Landry for TD

7. DMase 60 yd TD @ DET

6. Game winner to Housh @PIT

5. Ed Reed forces fumble, recovers fumble, scores TD @ WSH

4. Haloti blows up Rashard and forces fumble

3. Game winner to Torrey @ PIT

2. Ed Reed takes DFMc from coast to coast @ PHI

1.b 4th and 29...(block in the back and all...that's why this is 1b)

1.a Ray blows up Darren

There's one that I thought about while putting this list together. Can't remember what it was. It'll come back to me.

Edit: Left Mason @ Detroit off, but that's not the one that I was thinking about

Those are my two all-time favorite Ravens moments, all the more so because I was at both games because they game out to San Diego for them; was repping my Ravens big time after those games :D

4th and short vs. San Diego, Lewis blows up Sproles.  Best.  Play.  Ever.

that was mine too. 2nd would be leron mcclain taking off for a 80 somethin yard td run on our very first snap since mcgahee took it for a 70 somethin yard td run.

OH and when ray rice ignited that rally @Min with that sick run, he stiff armed a dude twice his size, who was running full speed, had a perfect angle, and just literally turned him horizontal instantly, on his way to the endzone

I thought his first rushing TD was opening day vs Cincy 2008 to the tune of 39 yds

it was, my favorite games all time were denver this year and the steelers blow out last year

It wasn't one play, but that 2011 Steelers thrashing is my third favorite Ravens game ever, behind the 2 Superbowl wins, so I'll go with that game.  I felt like every play of that game was gold.

Steelers had 7 points and 7 turnovers if I remember correctly. That game was a joy to watch. Over and over and over.

4th and 29, but not for the reason most here favor it. The check down in that situation by Flacco was gutsy. Ray Rice's horizontal move across the field was like "Yes, Yes, Yes!!!!" But what made the play was Anquan Boldin's dynamic block on Eric Weddle. It was the greatest play and the greatest block in the history of the game.

I'm not going to lie - that's one of the very few times I visited the Steelers board.  I haunted all that week reading threads about "the defense is too old", "Fire Tomlin", "Fire LeBeau", "LeBeau is too old", "Is Flacco better than Ben", on and on and on.

Torrey's catch to beat Pittsburgh in their house .

My son and I were jumping up and down like kangaroos after that play.

Not a "favorite" play.. since it was a Flacco pick.. But Ngata sure is funny (He tried to "trip" Tramon Williams). :D

I still love the "Suggs package" play against Oakland where Flacco caught that long ball from Troy Smith. It didn't happen in a playoff game or have any lasting impact on the season. I just think it's an awesome play. If he could have kept his balance it would have gone for 6 easy!

Fast forward to :40.

The best regular season play is that last minute touchdown to Torrey to beat the Steelers. The Mile High Miracle is the best overall.
