When you imply that he's using his power as commish to pick a time that is best for him and not taking everyone else into account, I could see why he'd take it as a personal jab at him lol

 

The time he'd originally setup it up for was one that had tied with a few other's that were all on the same weekend, so I can see how he would have thought that the specific time wouldn't have mattered and just pick one (which coincidently is the time that had been set from the beginning).

I implied nothing. He expressly stated it one page back when asked why that draft date won when there was a tie.

Do you not get the concept that people will miss out any way you cut it? There is no date that everyone can attend. Simple concepts here.

Yes I get that concept, and I still think the correct thing to do is have people vote on the 3 dates that tied so they can at least pick their poison.

I believe he was implying that we shouldn't have even bothered to do this since someone is going to get screwed anyway.

Not at all. My meaning was its pointless for anyone to whine about the consequences of not being able to draft because its going to happen to a couple of people anyway you slice it.

Nope Geving cheated and voted 2x if you view the votes meaning someone in our 16 team league hasn't voted yet. 

 

If Geving is changing his vote that is fine, but theres still a chance this ties again.

The vote said pick the time that works best for you which implies one time works best for you. If multiple times work better for you, you are expected to pick the better of the two. By voting twice, you basically stuff the ballot and now someone didnt vote or get to vote on the time. I don't have any issue if you wanted to change your vote, but I do have an issue with someone in the league not getting to vote or basically have their vote nullified due to you voting 2x. 

 

But w/e I told gabe about this and he doesn't give a damn so the draft date is set.

FYI - I haven't voted on the second poll since either of the dates and times listed work for me. Voting for one of them would shift the result in that direction for no reason.
