98 Rock out of Baltimore

About a month and a half ago there was this heavy rock station playing here where I live in the U.P. of Michigan on 97.9. I thought we got a new station in the area and when the song got over they identified themselves as 98 rock of Baltimore. I couldn't believe it. They started playing Everclear- Santa Monica right after. I then flipped the dial and all these Virgina, Florida and Georgia stations were fading in and out. It was really cool. I think they call that FM E skip.

I listen to iHeart Radio. You can get that station on that too if you're not from the area. I listen to a station out of Gainesville on it.

Since Mickey left, the mornings suck. I didn't like him but I always got a good laugh when listening too him.

Mickey was funnier as a comedian. Schlegel is pretty hilarious too though..love his stand up stuff as well. His bit that he does about the SPCA Commercials is PRICELESS

Spiegel is brilliant. He's definitely one of my favorites. Him and Mickey were great together.

I only like listening to the in the afternoon. I just can't stand radio stations in the morning because it's too much talk and none of it's ever funny to me. Reminds me of the South Park episode when Stan's alarm clock went off and all he heard was fart noises from the radio hosts. I'd rather just hear music, which is why I listen to 100.7 the bay in the morning and 98 rock and DC 101 in the afternoon and evening.

I can't stand yack radio as I call it BUT KML were pretty funny back in the day, Mickey and Amelia were on when I was picking up carpool but had to go once the kids were in the car. I think that's why I like Jack FM, except for all the commercials if you hit at the wrong time, they are the perfect radio station.

Jack FM was better when CBS owned it, they actually played Kix a few times in the rotation and gave away tickets for one of their shows in Baltimore. The playlist is tighter now that Clear Channel owns 102.7.

It seems like it. Personally, I dig it. A little bit of humor gives me a good pick me up in the mornings.

I can't stand the morning show on 105.7 ... Steve Davis is just so annoying too me. I like Ed Norris though.

Steve talks more about personal issues (trying to be funny, but isn't) and news more than he does sports. He's such a pansy too, if someone disagrees with him he gets all defensive and hangs up on them.

Rob & Vinny all the way, all day. Scott & Jeremy are great too.
