I can't say how and I'm sure I'll have doubters but I've personally met Arthur Brown and I definitely agree and believe that it's the former and not the latter.

You have piqued our collective interest now.

Congrats on 11K. Can't wait to see 11111

Can't say. Sorry. He's a great guy, though. Him and John are awesome. I've met both. Those are the only two Ravens I've officially met. John comes off like a real...well, really abrasive with the media but he's a cool guy to actually meet. Arthur Brown's really introverted. That's probably the best way to describe him. Really nice guy, though. I met him after he was a Raven. It was neat. Lol. I did have to control myself there and keep it professional.

And that's cool. I didn't know that. Thanks.

When did this happen, today?! And that's huge news, especially for you! I wonder what Arthur would do if you said, "Hi, I'm Grim Coconut :) ......from the forums!!!.......come back." Lol.

You said he seemed introverted so probably not, but if I was a rookie I would definitely look at forums to see what people were saying about me whenever I got bored.

But yeah, introverted is a good choice of word to describe him. I've never met him but I get that impression from him as well.

Understand what you're saying but it's probably what Mod3 said, too taxing to run conditioning tests then a team practice.

I wonder if team building involves the multi-color parachute from gym class, maybe duck-duck-goose? Jokes aside, you can be sure Harbaugh is keeping them engaged at all times. Chemistry is important to him.

I wonder if they still have kids climb the 60' rope with no safety precautions whatsoever. That thing rocked.

It happened back in May.  Lol, that would have been funny. I'm sure he would've wondered what was wrong with me.

And no, I didn't request an autograph before anyone asks me. I'm not really looking for attention from this so I'd rather drop it, which is why I haven't really brought it up sooner. Not being rude or anything. I'm sure you understand. I was just trying to explain his personality based off of that one time I met him. He seems like a really intellectual and introverted kind of guy. I didn't spend hours on end talking to him, but he was pretty cool. He was really, really humble and very polite with quite a bit of patience.

Just for your information, people (players and others) do browse these forums so that's why I really need to stop this conversation right now. Sorry.

There are so good young safeties on this team, any time missed for Levine will hurt his chance of making one of those final roster spots.

Baltimore Ravens ‏@Ravens 2m

Defensive back Anthony Levine has been placed on the active/PUP list.

Yeah that definitely won't help if whatever injury he has takes a few weeks.  We all know what Omar Brown can bring to the table, and I don't think Gary Walker is any sort of slouch either.

Right and Thompson having to serve a suspension might allow one of these guys to make the team where they may not have otherwise.

Jesus, can NFLN stop talking about the Broncos?

If they did that, they'd keep talking about the Patriots and how Bill B just shocked the entire world by acting like a regular dude when they thought he was going to be super villain again.

And then if they weren't talking about that, they'd go back to asking questions like can the Ravens even finish the season with a winning record

Will the Ravens twitter be posting updates like last year? Because I don't have time to spend the next two hours watching the practice.

Aaron Wilson ‏@RavensInsider now

Offensive tackle Bryant McKinnie isn't on the field for first day of practice. Didn't have conditioning issues in spring, but has in past

Hope this isn't a big deal. Way too much rides on BMac at LT this year.

Uhhh hopefully he's in shape.  He drew rave reviews in OTAs.  He better not have screwed that up.

Yea but Harbs spoke highly of him last year in OTAs and minicamps, he went on twitter posting juicers that Ray Lewis brought him and everything, then those few weeks between mini camp and training camp.....boom. BMac falls down his stairs, misses about a week or so and ultimately lost his starting job because of conditioning issues.

I'm not too concerned right now because nothing is being reported, but if it comes back as his conditioning, it's very disappointing.

Bryant McKinnie wasn't required to take mandatory conditioning test because of his level of participation in offseason workouts, per source

Bryant McKinnie is going to have to shed weight before he'll practice, per source

Interesting...

This is what most of us feared by when he was still a FA. Would this guy work his butt off to do what is needed for this team. This probably means that Oher is back at LT and the oline is shuffled again.

That'd be pretty problematic...

Aaron Wilson @RavensInsider 1m

Kelechi Osemele got his right leg stretched out by trainers, tweaked something and has a bag of ice taped behind his lower hamstring

Hope it's nothing serious here.

Aaron Wilson @RavensInsider 1m

Rookie Arthur Brown also ran with the second defense with Daryl Smith and Albert McClellan running with the starters

Interesting that McClellan is running with the starters. I though for sure Josh Bynes would be first in line to grab that starters role. Maybe it's just a rotational thing but it'll be interesting to see how this position plays out without McClain. Great to see Smith with the starters even though there was no doubt.

Actually, they're reporting that Osemele was at LT before he had a minor tweak (pulled out for precaution, no big deal).  Once KO left, Wagner slotted in with the first team at LT.

Call me crazy, but I think if McKinnie doesn't play, I think we're better off with Wagner starting at LT and keeping everyone else where they are. Wagner may be our future at LT. I really believe that.

That's great news because Oher needs to stay at rt and prove to this team he is worth the contract he's fighting for. I heard good things about Wagner at LT in mini camp so maybe this is an opportunity for him.

If KO was LT, did they say who was LG?

Yea but it's scary having a rookie protecting the blindside of your $100M QB. I agree I would love for KO to stay at LG

Not much scarier than having Oher there.
