Sorry to get back to you so late, been busy with work.

 

IDK if it's decided or not but i could go either way with IDP's, it's more difficult to manage extra players but it's a good challenge.

 

Also a 16 team league IMO is a bit rough. I'd rather go with 12, but 14 sounds a bit more fun/challenging.

Thank you.  Finally a later draft.  I don't understand why everybody wants to draft before preseason even starts.  Excitement, perhaps?

I think it was in one of the invitation PMs I sent.  Anyway, I stand by my recommendation that we don't do it during work/commute hours.

This is 'Merica.  We don't get those cushy long vacations or great hours like the Europeans get.  
 
But with that being said.  I usually leave work at 6 but I can always leave earlier for the draft.  I also don't remember ever seeing a draft date.  This is usually something I remember.

i don't mind to create a board for my team to get drafted, though i do think we should aim for the draft to be towards the end of august, so many injuries piling up at the mo and even more question marks for so many players

Yeah, the preseason is eating players.  Don't worry if you can't stay up, you can just Auto-Draft by creating your own Draft List.
