I'd rather that than OLB in a 4-3 but that's why that team is better in a 3-4.

Clearly.

The San Diego Super Sloths

QB - Sloth- Nick Foles (Dont like, but he has solid weapons)
RB - Sloth - Matt Forte(Very good RB. Has a Ray Rice esq skill set)
WR-Sloth - Larry Fitzgerald(Great hands, all pro)
WR - Sloth - Hakeem Nicks(Best hands in the NFL)
WR- Sloth - Aaron Dobson(has very high ceiling)
TE - Sloth - Marcedes Lewis(Very talented TE. With a solid QB he'd play very well)

LG - Jonathan Cooper(Hate you for this pick. Will be very good guard)
C - John Sullivan(One of the better Cs in the game)

DT - Sloth - Shariff Floyd(Will be a good player)
DT - Sloth - Jay Ratliff(Veteran NT who is trying out the 4-3. Can't grade)

LOLB - Sloth - Mathias Kiwanuka(Should be good for you)
MLB- Sloth - Lofa Tatupu(Old. But still serviceable)
ROLB - Sloth
CB - Sloth - Tramon Williams(If he ever gets back to his old form....)
CB - Sloth - Terrell Thomas (Very solid football player)

Damontre Moore gets added to this mix as well so I like my prospects here. The Secondary needs a bit of work but its a high value secondary given where I got each player, and future drafts should allow me to account for any needs there. I like that my team has a good mix of youth and vets.

Sullivan is an elite Center, in my book. Having been an Adrian Peterson fan for as long as he's been in the league, he's been impossible to ignore when consistently watching Purple Jesus tote the rock. The significant questions surround the LB and RE positions. Whether Tatupu is even serviceable at this point is highly debatable. He's been out of football since 2010, and exited the league with a whimper after a poor campaign. Kiwanuka was switched to OLB in hopes that he could remain on the field with their deep DE positions and still contribute as a pass rusher. However, he ranked within the Bottom 10 in pass rush productivity at his position in 2012, along with amassing the 3rd least defensive stops. And Will Smith has been atrocious in the past two seasons. Lastly, the pick of Williams at CB was one of the better steals, in my opinion, regardless of whether he bounces back or gets back into his older form. But while Thomas was a terrific run support CB, he struggled in coverage in his last season, allowing the 3rd most yards at his position, along with the 2nd most TDs and a QB rating of 87.6. That was before he tore his right ACL the second or third time. GM Jerry Reese has considered moving him to Safety in order to limit the strain on his often injured knee, so there's no telling whether his knee could hold up at his current position. That being said, depending on two players who haven't played a down of regular season football since 2010 is a dangerous strategy.

Blah blah pff says your team is gonna fail while my team is perfect blah blah lol. The nitpicking here causes you to really miss the bigger picture. This is an offensive be focused team. This obv means my defense is going to lack in some positions. These positions can be addressed later in the draft or in future drafts. However to compensate for the defense I created a juggernaut offense and even the holes on defense were selected to be ones that would be easy to fill in the future.

I actually really like your team. It has a lot of nice pieces. It's top ten in my book

Juggernaut offense led by Nick Foles LMAO.

I like his team. To compensate for Nick Foles' crappiness he has given the guy an elite oline and weapons to work with(kinda like what I did with Freeman).

Tbh given what foles had to deal with last year which was basically the entire eagles second team except for Mathis, I expect him to improve.

I think Freeman is considerably better than Foles, he's just inconsistent. Foles could end up being a good player but he has a lot more to prove imo. Both of your teams have the pieces in place but I question whether or not either could win a title with the QB play you have.

Freeman has an elite ceiling IMO, but his inconsistency is baffling. On a good day, he looks like a top 10 QB, on a bad day he's mark Sanchez level.

I think Freeman will breakout this year bc of the weapons I've given him.

I think you have one of the better OL's in the draft, and receivers..Alot of pressure will be on Foles to perform--I actually like how he handled himself last year..However as stated the defense may have a hard time holding teams under 20ish points per game so which may make even more pressure for Foles to make plays..I think this team lives and dies by two main things every game--if Foles performs or if the defense can keep the score under 21 points

The highlight of this team is the very strong offensive line. He also has 2 of my favorite wideouts on offense. Everything in the world a young high potential qb could need. No files is quite a drop off from who you could have gotten in the first. The team will definitely have growing pains with him. He could easily be a Schaub level player.
Now this defense is somewhat baffling to me. We have jpp who is elite at defensive end. Then we have will smith who hasn't been able to generate any pressure from the defensive end position for several years. Now we have kiwi who has not played his best ball at this 43 olb position. Both he and d. Moore would be at home either at dend or 34 rush backer. They will be out of position in this defense. Also will tatupu play football again?

I don't see this team in the top 10 at all.

lol Yes, PFF was the exact resource I used to determine that two players who haven't seen a snap in 2 seasons are questionable starters. I also didn't have the slightest knowledge regarding the sport before the arrival of said website. The irony of lecturing me about played out routines. I'm glad that you were able to spot the part wherein I compared our respective teams, as I couldn't find it myself. Speaking of irony, let's brake down another routine, shall we? We label J.J. Watt as a reach because of the QBs still on the board. We then bypass several solid QBs in order to select Jason Pierre-Paul in an effort to build the offensive juggernaut. We cast doubt on an older player in Champ Bailey because of his cloudy future, and then select two players who are questionable to even make it past their 2012 campaigns. We ask a certain member for his PFF account info via a PM, and then attempt to ridicule them for using its data for support after he declines to provide us with it. Lastly, we speak out against countless selections, offering our critiques at a moment's notice from the very first round, and then we lecture said member about failing to evaluate the big picture. Bravo.

Here's my degree of knowledge on the players I spoke about. Lofa Tatupu was one of my favorite underrated players ever since I watched his 3 INT performance against Philadelphia. Terrell Thomas was firmly on my radar after his 2009 season. And in watching nearly every Giants game for the sake of David Wilson, I was able to monitor their defense on a near-weekly basis. Out of the four, Will Smith is the only player who I haven't observed as closely as the others, but I've read enough about his struggles to be able to couple what I've seen from him and determine his current value. When those players were selected, there were arguably better players on the board, so the current predicament of your defense isn't nearly as obvious as you make it out to be. There are arguably questions on all three levels of your defensive unit. I would hardly call it nitpicking.

The Quality of QBs on the board at the time matter Truth. You seriously aren't trying to compare Bradtford (next QB taken after JPP) to Cam freaking Newton are you? So yes JJ is a reach in that scenario. Forgive me if I don't think Freeman, Bradtford, etc... are franchise guys (or even really solid given all their body of work) and I took a possible game changer in JPP instead. I orginally planned to build a defense first team, but you guys left me so much offensive talent in the rounds after, I would have been stupid to do otherwise.

First of all, my initial comment was a sarcastic and hyperbolic way of how you go about picking apart and rating teams. I don't criticize you for using PFF or for their stats, I criticize you for the context in which you use them which is completely shortsighted. THIS IS DRAFT A FRANCHISE. Not win in one year. Maybe if you looked at which spots have holes rather than just seeing the holes, you'd see I took my hits at places I could live with. Also I asked you for your account info MONTHS AGO. Nice to see you brought it up now.  You wana know why I asked? Its cause I was told that you passed the info around to Gabe and others (by Gabe and others) and maybe just maybe I DID NOT WANT TO PAY for a service when I could get it for free. Btw asked them for your info first, and they said to ask you. Good to know this is what you resort to over a game tho.

Linebacking core is probably the weakest level of my defense. Now correct me if Im wrong, but didn't we get a super quality ilb at the end of the second this year? The first ilb taken didn't go until the end of the first and he was a very high upside guy. And a guy with an extremely decorated resume at the position went in the second. Then there was this guy Wagner who went in the second. Pretty safe to say that this is a pretty good place to have a weakness if Im going to have one. Now I may not get a Von Miller at olb, but Im sure I can get find some quality play there. Lofa was a value pick. If he plays great. If not I can easily fill it in the future.

You say I have a weakness at end. Do you really think Will Smith is going to man that spot for 5 years? I have Kiwi and Moore who can end up playing the position as well as the linebacker position depending on how my drafts pan out. So again, the weakness is covered. Maybe if you'd look past oh idk one year, you may see that.

My other weakness are at #2 corner and strong safety. SS I will fill before this is over and #2 corner right now is a committee. In addition though, if Thomas injury forces him to move to Safety, then I would have that spot filled.

btw it is nitpicky because you're basically criticizing the fact that my team has holes when every single team in this game and in the nfl has holes and weaknesses on its roster.
