Well Freeney/Mathis and Aldon Smith/Brooks (Justin played vs Osemele) are decent combos, but there are plenty of good pass rushers in the league. All of the playoff teams except NE had a very good edge rusher. It was the run blocking that was pretty poor though. Oher still misses too many blocks. Only averaging 3.9 ypc in the playoffs with a great RB duo is the O-line's fault. And it's definitely not on Yanda.


I agree, the run game was lacking but thank goodness we have Yanda and KO to help make up for some of that. I feel personally that as long as you can take away a players best attribute, your still doing your job and that is exactly what Oher and Big Mac did to those guys. All those players are known for causing havoc on the QB and taking that aspect of the game away from them is what got the ravens their ring, but to be fair if Oher and BK could have been equally pleasing on the run game, this playoffs wouldnt even have been close but that wouldnt have made it one of if not the most amazing playoff run in NFL history.
