IFHY- Tyler, the Creator. Such a raw song. "This isn't a song, I just happen to rhyme when I get emo and find time to write facts"

Eminem is a lyrical genius

I was just listening to his "Fubba a cubba" freestyle. He's the goat.

Epica - Unleashed

Exploring albums before I buy them after getting tricked into buying death metal nonsense before.  Amazon is having a massive sale though, I'm going nuts over here.

Godsmack - Love-Hate-Sex-Pain

I've listened to 4 albums I got so far and no regrets.  The Oracle is the best album I've heard in a long time.  And Sevendust's Black Out the Sun isn't far behind.

Coheed & Cambria - Welcome Home

One of my favorite songs.  Decided to listen full album at long last since I bought another Coheed album during the sale.

Chasing Hearts- Breathe Carolina (ft. Tyler Carter) I don't really like BC, but I love Tyler Carter, anything he's in I will listen to, but this song is really good. Its a mellow, pop-R&B song with lyrics that are catchy and the beat fits the song perfectly. It could easily be a radio song if it was sung by a popular artist.

"Bayou Seranade", as featured on Justin Wilson's cooking shows from Louisiana a number of years ago.

Picked up Sevendust's new album today, I'll be hitting that up soon.  It'll be hard to top their last record though, that was a great album.

Just started listening to Kid Ink. He's got some pretty nice beats and overall songs.

Likewise. He lacks in lyricism a little, but the delivery is there and the beats are pretty solid.

Came across this Queens of the Stone Age show from 2002. It was right after the release of "Songs for the Deaf", probably my favorite album of the last 15 years. Dave Grohl plays drums on it and it is truly the greatest intersection of talent that I've ever seen. Josh Homme is a pure genius an Dave needs to go back to playing drums full time. He's just so ridiculously good!! Anyway check it out if you love good metal!!!!

Speaking of Dave Grohl, check out Sound City. Ever fan of music of the last 50 years should see it.

If anyone in Baltimore is interested, Chiodos is playing at soundstage tomorrow night. If you like hardcore rock and/or if you just like moshing, I highly recommend seeing them. I've seen them 4 times and they've blown me away every time.

John Legend - All of Me

Poke fun if you want, this is a beautiful song.  This is getting added to my guilty pleasure list.
