He has been very up and down, but you can see the talent. I'm not sure staying in school helps him other than coming out in a weaker QB class.

All three are media darlings to the max and I think all 3 bust tbh(same with Aaron Murray, and maybe Morris).

And what is it with qbs in this class with the last names beginning with M?

scouts drool over his athletic ability. Which is nice, but he's bailed out by talent around him, and is actually small framed

He's 10 pounds lighter than most NFL qbs. Kinda like Vick.

If he continues the mobile QB thing he's gonna get killed.

What I'm saying is, athletic ability is nice, but guys like Bridgewater, Mettenberger, Boyd, and yes, Hundley are much more polished IMO than Mariota.

Those guys will all be pass first qbs in the NFL. They will run if needed, but Mariota will prob be more of a run first guy.

Mariota is a second rounder imo. Talented, and should get the Kaepernick treatment
