Video Section Comments

This may have been asked already but what happened to the ability to comment on the videos? Seems since the new layout or video player the comment section on videos was disabled or removed.

 

Is there a reason? Can it be brought back? Will it be brought back?

 

I watch all the videos and sometimes I find myself wanting to make comments but cannot.
