Kevin Martin to Timberwolves on 4 year, $28 million dollar deal.

Grade:B+

TBH I'm not a big fan of Martin's, as he doesn't do much else than score/shoot, but he should be a perfect fir for them as an electric scorer from the backcourt and another guy for Rubio to dish the ball to. Not a bad value either.

OKC forced him to be a catch an shoot type player. If he can resemble his play in his Kings days this could be a steal. For now, a B+ seems right

Tony Allen re-signs with Memphis, 4 years $20M

Grade: A

This is a steal for the best on  ball defender in the NBA. Big part of the teams recent success.

Big move by Memphis. I read the Thunder and Warriors were interested. That wouldve been a huge loss.

Seems like Korver will be a buck. They are throwing money at him but with Dunleavy and Redick gone there offense looks terrible otherwise

Wizards re-sign Garrett Temple, one year less than $1M

Grade: B+

Temple is nothing to be excited about but there is no risk financially and last year he stepped up his game and even started a handful of games when Wall was out

Grizzlies sign Jon Leuer, three years $3M

Grade: A-

Like temple, Leuer is nothing special right now but he has potential and at worst he provides quality depth. They are commiting to him with the multi year deal hoping he can turn into a key role player

Celtics hire Brad Stevens as HC.

Interesting signing. He had a lot of success at Butler

A little concerning that he's going from a mid level college to one of the biggest stages in sports

Interesting because he kept saying he didn't want to leave Butler and turned down jobs at bigger colleges to stay.

Manu Ginobili re-signs with Spurs, two years $14M

Grade: A-

The spurs just got Manu to take a huge paycut (he made $14M last year alone) yet he was still a key part to last years success. He may be declining and his numbers were down last year but resigning him keeps the core together and Manu brings so much to the team. The biggest question is if he has two years left in him.

He pulled a Doc Rivers.

Al Jefferson to the Bobcats/Hornets. Kemba Walker must be breathing a sigh of relief to have a scoring option in the front court to pass to, as it was one of the NBAs worst units last season. Could be a deadly P&R combo.

With Vasquez going to Sac maybe there is hope for McLemore! That team actually looks mildly promising!

No they're isn't hope.....

GSW and other CA teams are still superior :P
