Draft a Franchise: Voting

There has been some debate over what to do with head coaches in the Draft a Franchise Mock so here is a voting thread.  

 

This is the thread where we will attempt to be as democratic as possible and vote on issues, trades, decisions that need to be decided and there is a split.

When voting please make very clear what item you are voting on.

PLEASE NO DISCUSSION IN THIS THREAD

 

 

 

We will vote on all things at once in one ballot.

 

When to start:  asap, after certain round

Order:  Random, reverse of player draft

Rounds:  Just HC or HC, OC, and DC

Coaches:  What coaches can be taken?  Only NFL or NFL, NCAA, and retired NFL, NCAA (same position or raise), NFL retired up to 4 years and so on.  You get the point.

Option A:  As soon as possible

 

Option B:  After the first 25 rounds are completed of players

 

Option C:  No coaches draft at all

 

Option D:  Something else; explain

This for me, pretty much. Although I'd be perfectly fine with the draft finishing after 25 rounds.
