NFL.COM Top 25 pass rushers

Somehow, Elvis Dumervil isnt a top 25 pass rusher according to this idiot but part time Bruce Irvin, 6 sack Chandler Jones and Kruger, who wasnt even better than Dumervil in his career year, are.  Also, Woodley, who was awful last year, gets a pass because he is "too good" but Dumervil, who has never had a year that bad and has a better overall record than Woodley, isnt even top 25.

Can't help but think that, if Dumervil still played with the Broncs, then he would be in the top 10 somewhere. Media hates us man. That's just something I've learned to accept, however sick it may be.

I'm surprised Terrell Suggs was still considered an elite guy after an injury year. The fact that he didn't drop off the list after that shows that there's not an anti-Ravens bias to it.

I like how he has two tiers of "knocking on the door", too. Most nfl.com writers are hot garbage, Rosenthal just might be the archetype of them - he's an awful carryover from PFT.

So what you're basically trying to say, in not so many words, is that the writer is just plain wacked out and should be writing stories for a high school football team? In that case, I agree.

JJ Watt is not #1...

IK it says edge rushers, but reality is that he's the best pass rusher in the game(even though they said they would not include him and Atkins).

Anyway, Doom is top 25 easy. He got overshadowed by Miller, but he's top 25 easy. NFL.com is just stupid.

Irvin shouldn't be there, and Chandler Jones is a stud. He'll be an all pro in a few years. Sure, he got six sacks, but he was also injured. He'd easily be a ten sack guy otherwise. Kruger shouldn't be there either. Woodley makes my top 30.

NFL.com stinks!

I got off their board years ago because they favored the Squeelers at the expense of the Ravens and other teams. Be objective America or turn into an opinionated dump.

Stupid article. Stupid website.

I couldn't care less about their opinions anymore, it's a lot more peaceful this way tbh. Sure the MSM doesn't seem to like us very much, but why should we care? Posting a link to that garbage gets that page more views, which is what the guy wants.

I know it's a slow offseason but damn I get tired of these reoccurring threads. I should take my own advice and just ignore these types of things! Lol

Btw: Dumervil is a top 20 pass rusher, and I've also always thought he was a little overrated. I'm really excited to see him back in the 3-4 though.

JJ Watt isn't the best pass rusher? Explain your reasoning because I am baffled by that claim.

I thought I made it clear that I was baffled that they decided to keep him off the list even though they "weren't including interior pass rushers".

He's clearly #1. And is a STUD

JJ Watt is one of my favorite players.

I think NFLN is just stupid in general.

LOL at that reach Irvin being ranked in the top 25. He is still a reach, didn't put up Aldon Smith numbers, and he's 26 years old going into his second year ahahahaha

....only recorded 16 tackles hahaha you gotta be kidding me

Rosenthal might as well be on the Pats payroll, he's such a homer for them.

That's tough to say, he was playing with such a big lead he's going to get sack opportunities.

No, it just undermines how big a coup it was for OZ and the team for picking up Doom after Denver fumbled the deal they had with him. Having Kruger on the list and not Doom is basically telling the NFL universe that Doom is a downgrade from Kruger which obviously isnt true but maybe once Suggs and Doom pile up 20+ sacks this season, they will be forced to change their tune. #NumbersDontLie

One interesting thing about Kruger that I remember from last year: He only had 1 sack the first 6 weeks of the season. He didn't start to explode until Sizzle got back. Not to mention how he couldn't move a lineman or stuff a runner to save his life. Cleveland will be very dissapointed. Now I understand why the team continues to suck even though it has/has had talent: it's management has no clue how to run a franchise. The contract they gave to Kruger proves that.

Like everybody said, how does a 17-sack guy not make the list?

The only reason I read NFL.com is for the news updates, which can be scanned in a matter of seconds, and then I'm done.
