If we're using the rules from the previous Drafts, which I believe we are, then if a member is skipped once and doesn't return before their next selection, his future ones will be skipped until he comes back. Therefore, he should be skipped, putting codizzle on the clock.

I'm also glad to see that we've decided to expand the Draft to the 13th round. Given that we started with 20 teams and now have even less, there would've been a ton of talented undrafted players otherwise. In fact, I would motion that we consider expanding it a round or two further after we've completed the last round, depending on the level of interest. That's just my opinion.

Well dizzle was already on the clock because we are skipping nflfan123's team because we don't have someone to take his team (unless I'm wrong there). Ray the Day would be after dizzle, but if we are skipping him a second time right away then I would be after dizzle.
