yes, but wasn't the tallest player ever to play in the nba a romanian? lol...

Manute Bol was from South Sudan.  The player you're referring to, Gheorghe Muresan, is the same height: 7"9.

This. Beat me to it and thank you for clarifying.

I venture that you're still deliberating on your picks, yes?

That I was. It was a tough call at the end in having to pass up a player twice. But Ed_Reed20 is back online and I didn't want to slow the pace.

When I hear Sullinger, I always think of the pilot that pulled off the Miracle on the Hudson! :p  But seriously, good pick.

The picks are in. The first was an easy choice. Jared Sullinger rebounded very well when in the line up. He was a solid scorer in the paint, and while he wasn't exactly lights out from outside of it, the 37.1% he shot from the mid-range showed that he could at least knock it down on occasion. Lastly, his defense was very impressive. Sullinger allowed just 34.1 FG% to opposing players and 31.3% when guarding the post up. With his ability to contribute on both ends of the floors, he should see significant playing time, especially while Noel recovers.

Brandon Rush was a late decision. Truth be told, I was completely sold on another player at the time, until I dug into Rush's last full season. Rush was lethal from all areas of the floor. The 44.3% he shot from beyond the arc was actually his lowest percentage from the inside, mid-range and the three-point line. While the injury concern casts some doubt on whether he'll be able to finish at the rim as effectively as he did in the past, it's encouraging that his rehab is going with well. At worst, he'll able to stretch the floor with his outside shooting and continue to be a nuisance on the defensive end, as he's been a very good wind defender thus far.

Saw a lot of ATL games and liked what I saw from Sully.

Good pick with Sullinger. Just gotta hope hiz back allows him to have a career.

Thanks. It's definitely a concern at this point. From what I've gathered from the interviews, it seems as if the surgery he had should fix his back concerns for good, but there's obviously no telling until he steps on the court.

Beverley's a steal!

Beverley is one of my favorite Rockets. His play doesn't always show up on the stat sheet but he brings so much to the table off the bench. Especially his on ball pressure. He can drive opponents nuts.

Love the Beverley selection. I would've taken him if I didn't have 3 PGs already.

Thanks, he's one of my favorite Rockets along with Terrence Jones. Outside of the obvious Harden and Parsons.

Lin... I still hope that he puts it together and I'm rooting for him. He improved during the season. But man, he made me pull my hair and scream at the tv so many times last season. No composure, unforced turnovers, inconsistent shooting. Probably my least favorite right there.
